I tried resetting my password but the reset link it’s not been send to my email. Please fix this. ### 1/5 — Lost Account t *2022-11-01* Since new version of app I cannot log in and have gone to several people at my Folsom branch who just basically gave up on my ever getting this app to work for me again. I can't even set a password on this, let alone log in. Worst of all, we have to show our drivers license to access the facility because they no longer offer access cards. If they don’t fix this issue definitely looking at canceling memberships. And now that quick and easy link Iis Gone and if it’s exists in this version, it’s buried to where it’s not even useful. None of the staff have been helpful either. This is completely unnecessary information for the app’s functioning. Of course, you can do as I did and give them inaccurate information. When I try to change me password, it says I’m not connected to the internet, but I am. Is this app still being supported? It appears it was updated 4 months ago. ### 1/5 — Won’t Allow Sign In *2023-10-06, version 7.90.0* We are new members and had no problem signing into the app yesterday. Today it says we cannot sign in. The password and username were not changed. ### 1/5 — Can’t log in as a new user *2023-09-05* I was sent an email from Cal Fit saying that I would get a link to sign into this app, since that would be my access to the gym. I never got that email and when I try to prompt signing up through the app, I also receive no email. It is not in my junk mail folder either. All the the recent reviews about the the new update I believe are true, something must have gone wrong. ### 1/5 — App isn’t opening *2023-08-30, version 7.90.0* Every time I tap the app it closes out and goes to the Home Screen of my phone. Super frustrating. Takes me forever to find and sign up for a class. ### 1/5 — Scheduling Classes *2023-05-26* This app is horrible since the recent update. It’s impossible to schedule a class. The app defaults to the Madison location and you have to update your home gym every time you use the app. Changing the dates to try and schedule a class ahead of time is hit or miss. Please fix! ### 1/5 — Enrollment *2023-04-30, version 7.73.0* The latest update does not allow for enrollment into other selected gym or future enrollment into classes. Seen a lot of changes. As California family fitness has grown and expand their gyms, it makes it easier to choose a gym that’s close to you you’re home. Cal Fit has helped me in many ways when I joined the gym I was in my 40s now I’m 67 soon to be 68 it kept me healthy and fit in strong. My philosophy is if you stop moving you start dying as long as I’m able and fit. I will be a member for a lifetime. There’s a pros and cons that I see with Cal Fit when I joined 27 years ago it seems the staff were little more friendlier, and the housekeeping was kept up to good standers.
