## What is Ishara?

Ishara connects the dots between your sleep, activity, and nutrition.

Your sleep is in one app. Your workouts are in another. Your meals are somewhere else. Ishara brings them together and uses AI to help you understand how they relate.

See how a late dinner may affect your HRV, how a hard training day may change your readiness the next morning, or how your nutrition lines up with your goals.

Ishara turns your health data into simple, personalized insights so you can spot patterns, understand your trends, and make better day-to-day decisions.

WHAT IT CONNECTS

Oura
Connect your Oura account to import sleep score, HRV, readiness, resting heart rate, temperature trends, and SpO2 as calculated by Oura. Ishara connects through Oura's public cloud API, not directly to the ring.

Apple Health
Import steps, workouts, and activity data from your connected Apple Health sources.

Manual Logging
Log meals, workouts, and supplements by text or photo. AI helps fill in the details.

WHAT YOU GET

• Daily insights connecting your sleep, nutrition, and activity
• Personalized coaching based on your recent data
• Weekly Nutrition Report Card showing how your macros compare with your goals
• Today view with readiness, calories, and activity at a glance

GENERAL WELLNESS

Ishara is a general wellness and fitness app, not a medical device. Ishara does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

Insights are generated from your connected and manually logged data for informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about health concerns.
