I downloaded the APP, I followed the instructions to get the remote.   I scanned the barcode and it kept stating mismatch????? Returning  these lights.   They seemed nice but no good without the remote

Works when it wants to , mine was stuck on green for 2 weeks and i went on holiday for a week left it plugged out and when i came back it worked again. It happened again and I’ve left it plugged out again for a week , still stuck on green. Just buy a different type of LED lights.

When I first bought it it didn’t even have enough than what it’s worth. And when I connected it to the remote app it didn’t even work no matter how many times I changed the app. And when I tried to put the lights on It had trouble sticking to the wall to the point where I had to use tape: It’s not worth the trouble.

I’m using the lights without the app. They’re pretty nice. App is useless garbage though.

For some reason this app won’t stay connected to the lights. I have lights in two rooms and when I do get the app to connect it controls both lights at the same time even when I am in the other bedroom that is on the opposite side of the house.  Deleted all, installed it again and still having issues.

It’s actually a really good app! Just you can’t customize the lights, but I really want them to add that we can customize our lights!! But as I said this app is actually really great!
