Often crashes. This needs an update. ### 2/5 — Very few options *2025-02-20* I was only offered two options, Amazon and Renault, even after fulling out all of the details ### 1/5 — App and website submitting shops don’t work right *2023-07-10* I can’t even log into the app. I enter my information and click submit and it changes what I had entered in. I used the website to do a shop that has 7 different parts. It’s suggested to click save frequently so you don’t lose your work. It didn’t work, I got an error after clicking save and lost everything. I entered my information again, clicked save and got an error again. Appears they have some bugs to work out. There’s lots of mystery shopping companies out there that don’t have issues. ### 1/5 — App is very slow and crashes & glitches non stop! *2023-05-19* It’s always been extremely slow and constantly crashing every 5min. Now it’s been getting even worse and the photos I’m submitting aren’t being uploaded to the server for some reason, so I constantly am having my shops sent back to me just to resend the same photos I’ve already sent. Opens with white screen and does nothing even after several minutes and attempts. When putting in data it will freeze. When trying to submit it will just have the circle twirling and you can’t do anything else. When it works, it’s great to be able to input shops quickly. Constantly freezing, logging me out and at times won’t allow me to submit my jobs. Current wait time has bee 3days now I have been trying to submit a job, I have been through this survey multiple times to see if there were sections/errors but there is not. Keeps telling me the app has not synced to the survey yet. It is super frustrating. Now my survey is overdue ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Account blocked *2026-08-10* IPSOS has blocked my account after denying a $100 retail audit. I completed the assignment in the app and the shop was returned twice! I edited it and they still denied the project. Once I tried to pick the shop back up now my account is blocked and I have no been able to reset my password either. I have two times tried to log into the mobile app and it’s made me change the password. Every time I enter everything correctly, it doesn’t let me login and I can’t believe you are not on top of this issue. Another user reported that same issue a year ago and it’s still not resolved. To be honest if you do not fix it, some shoppers might look elsewhere to do shops because of this problem. So please fix it asap. ### 1/5 — Scam *2023-11-13* They find every reason not to pay you. You better be able to give them all conversations verbatim. Half the time you can’t sign into your account. When I try to open a survey in my tasks, the app just closes. This never used to happen until about a few weeks ago. I’ve had to download the old app!
