They never sent me the missing products. Very disappointed with the experience. ### 1/5 — Bad costumer service *2025-05-26* I never add a review to any business but this time is different. If there was zero stars I would have rated them zero. I recently downloaded the application , I saw carpets and I liked them. I was not sure If they might fit in my home. So, i asked the costumer service through WhatsApp if I can return them if they don’t fit because I am a new costumer and not very familiar with their policies. They answered by Yes but within three days. So, after making sure that I can return them I made the order. They didn’t fit, and when I tried to contact them they said that they won’t return them and that some items can’t be returned. They admitted that the employee made a mistake but somehow I ended up responsible for the mistake. When I asked them to speak to the manager they wouldn’t let me. When I tried to call them several times they didn’t reply. They stopped answering my message until before 5 pm which is the time they close, so that the conversation would end. I don’t recommend this business to anyone because they have zero respect for their costumers and zero credibility. **Developer response:** Hello , We’re sorry for the confusion. Some carpets from our suppliers can’t be returned unless they’re damaged. We apologize for the wrong info you got — we’re working to avoid this in the future.
