### 2/5 — z.T. Langsam und Rabatte falsch

Die App läuft zum Teil etwas langsam und manchmal sind die Rabatte falsch gekennzeichnet (z.B. bei Tidal). Zudem gibt es meistens nur Rabatte, die jeder bekommt (auch ohne Isic-Karte). Schade, hatte mir mehr exklusive Rabatte erhofft.

The company took two weeks to ask for further documentation, which I sent immediately and then ghosted me. I have already paid for the card and they will not respond to any emails and don’t have a phone number I can call. It has been over two weeks since I sent the documentation and I am mid way through my trip. Such a waste of money, would not recommend.

Die App an sich funktioniert bei mir problemlos. Der Ausweis kann allerdings nur mit Internetverbindung geöffnet werden, was im Zug zum Beispiel schwierig ist… Screenshot ebenfalls nicht möglich. 
Die Rabatte sind mäßig. Einige gute sind dabei, viele sind aber eher unbekannt und nutzlos. Jeder sollte selbst entscheiden ob es sich lohnt. Ich werde nicht nochmal verlängern.

Witzlose App, man loggt sich ein und nichts funktioniert.

Edit: Ein paar Tage später funktioniert die App nun wie erwartet.

Konnte die Rabatte der ISIC bisher nicht nutzen, da sie für mich nur für spezielle Produkte gelten, die ich nicht benötige. 
Hätte die ISIC im Nachhinein lieber nicht für Geld beantragt, da für mich nutzlos.

When you download the app you are given a bunch of discounts but then you realise that the shops are a scam and you cannot find what we as student look for like urban outfitters and the Apple Store so this app wasn’t helpful for what I need and I couldn’t get the discounts to work because it said “your card is now invalid” when it had 1 more year on it I wouldn’t recommend it

I often travel and use this isic to confirm that I am a student, while ticket control in the train, but unfortunately the app doesn't work with weak internet and there is no possibility of screenshot or anything, so I have no way of showing that I am a student and need to pay a fine:(

An app that is used when traveling internationally not giving the option to be used offline is a terrible oversight that has practically made it useless or even problematic at times. I am unable to even take a screenshot of the ID, to use offline. For an app that is used primarily when travelling overseas, why is it so hard to make it more accessible for people who may struggle to get wifi or data overseas (ie everyone who travels).

I paid for the maximum number of years’ membership when I signed up for the card. They assure you that the app will update validity year to year, but I am now several months into an ongoing request to restore my access after just one year to no response.

There should be some kind of offline mode to show the digital card, because always when I need it the most for example in the train and I don't have wifi or mobile data it doesn't work and then I can't show my card, and screenshot to have some backup doesn't work because the whole picture is black and the only reason I got this card is to have discounts on the train ticket:(

I was charged. No digital card received. No response from their support email for a week. When support finally got back, instead of issuing a refund (as I requested numerous times) they issued my card to me (more than a week after I ordered it) and then proceeded to ignore me. Luckily my credit card company issued a chargeback. Awful company, junk app, avoid!
