I filled as many boxes as i could in the web but then when it came to verifying my email it never sent them and after trying 3 times it kicked me out and then logged me out and it kept saying that it was loading my quiz answers but after for minutes over minutes and reloading and closing everything and then going back, it never did and i had to go through it all over again. And the app never saves my login data! ### 2/5 — Great idea, poor app experience *2025-03-27, version 1.1.2* This app itself is great and the information I get from it is awesome. I have two major issues with it that I can’t give it higher than 2 stars. The login functionality does not work and won’t save my results to my account. Second is after a couple of quiz submissions the app freezes and you lose all of your progress. ### 2/5 — Can’t login *2025-01-27* This test has been useful since the 2016 election, but it seems there’s currently no way to login and save your answers. I’m not sure why the app was published, given this has been an issue since at least 2020. I’m just going to stick with Safari where some of my answers from pre-2020 have been saved. ### 2/5 — Can use password *2024-11-11* When I try to use my user and password from the website on the app it doesn’t work. I’m. It answering all those questions again. There’s no way to recover or change passwords on app either. I’m in the app. Second, it doesn’t seem to have the ability to save my new ZIP Code, so I can’t pull up my particular local ballot. When I click on half of the links I just get a blank blue page. All of these functions work fine on the website. On the website my profile is saved with Google, but the app doesn’t even have a Google login option. Trying to login with Apple (which is linked to the same Gmail address) does nothing - doesn’t even open a login screen. ### 1/5 — Deleted all of my progress *2025-09-01* I spent over 2 hours being as meticulous as possible to get accurate results, answering every single question just for it to not load the results and delete every single answer I made. Absolutely ridiculous, same thing happened on the website a couple months ago. Yall need to fix this before next election ### 1/5 — No Log In… Awful *2025-07-09* The online app allows you to log in through google (which is spotty and fails sometimes too) but on the app you are not even given this option. I then went ahead and tried to make a new account through Apple which it will allow you to log in with and no matter what I did it would send me right back to the log in screen. It’s pretty obvious the developers don’t actually care about improving this app especially since I see multiple people have already complained about this issue a long time ago. ### 1/5 — no google log in? *2025-07-05, version 1.1.2* unable to access my account as I signed up on the website with google, and for some inexplicable reason the app has a different set of social log ins that doesn’t include google, locking me out of my account ### 1/5 — Can’t log in *2025-06-16* Created an account, and I can’t even log into it. No options for changing text size. ### 3/5 — Where's the Google sign in option? *2024-11-18, version 1.1.2* So I found out that this website has an app so l downloaded it and I went to sign in using the Google option, but it's not there. On the website, it has said option, but not in the app. The only options are Facebook, Reddit, Amazon, Yahoo, etc. I tried sign in using Facebook but it didn't work. I’ve used the website for a while using the Google sign in option and the quiz works, it accurately fits with my political view. Once again, the app doesn’t have the option.
