كل ما تفوت حتى لو حطيت انو يتذكر رح يضلو يطلعك من اكاونتك وحتى لو ما طلعك وطلب كود ال opt وحطيتو بضلو بدائرة التحميل وبطلعك من التطبيق ف عشان اتفوت على عسابك مجبور كل مره تمحي التطبيق وترجع تنزلو

One of the worst bank applications. Many issues using this app. I wasn’t able to use CliQ feature for 2 years because of the technical issues. V Card or prepaid is the worst card to use for shopping because you can’t use it anymore +they charge you 5 JD every time you recharge and 2% when cancel card! Unbelievable. Very bad user experience 0/10, user interface 3/10 very old and boring colors. 

Update: please hire a professional user experience team, I mean Iskan coin and Russian roulette! Give me a break. Where is accountability!

I been trying to update the app , and it’s not working at all . All apps in my phone get updated except the Islam Mobile .

بنك غير شفاف، بيفرض فتح حساب توفير وإيداع 100 دينار، وما بخبرك إنه في خصم شهري (0.5 دينار) من الحساب. لما سألت ليش، طلع في “رسوم صيانة” ما حد حكا عنها وقت فتح الحساب. ولما حاولت أودع أكثر لتفادي الخصم، رفضوا!
سحبت فلوسي بعد أول خصم، والحمد لله إني انتبهت بدري.
نصيحة: اسأل عن كل التفاصيل قبل ما تفتح حساب معهم.

التطبيق جداً سيّء و غير عملي و كثير بعلّق يعني احسن الواحد يعمل حساب ببنك التطبيق الخاص فيه يكون استخدامه سهل و بوفّر وقت للعميل! 
عندكم الوقت بضيع و الواحد يعمل كل ثانية تسجيل دخول لانه التطبيق بعمل خروج لحاله!

Helpful for basic tasks, but I have trouble finding some options like managing notifications. I can’t seem to find a way to manage which notifications I receive. Help articles are limited, and the organization of the info under settings would be helpful if it was categorized and organized.
