Everything lags and acts in an unexpected manner. Most importantly, needed to stop a card because it had malicious activities; went to the app, and spent 10 mins looking for the option— didn’t find it— just to be surprised that you had to press on the card, wait for a weird options page to open, then GO BACK to a different page than the original one, then look for my card, before finally going to manage my card— a button in white at the bottom of the page, to finally stop it. And later. And later!!! *2025-07-04, version 1.1.91* The Iskan mobile app is one of the most frustrating digital banking experiences I’ve had. It rarely works when abroad—verification codes arrive after timeouts, forcing constant restarts. Password errors are vague, offering no guidance to fix the issue. The app requires a Jordanian number and physical presence in Jordan just to function, which defeats the purpose of online banking. Updating personal info while overseas? Forget it—you're trapped in a loop between the unhelpful app, a call center that leads nowhere, and an unreachable branch. The design is outdated, the font clunky, and the “contact us” feature is a dead end—no one replies. Face ID is unreliable, and updates break more than they fix.
