W celu przesłania danych, aplikacja iSkaner i współpracujący z nią system ERGO Hestii muszą zostać skojarzone. W systemie umożliwiającym współpracę z iSkanerem należy wygenerować unikatowy kod QR i odczytać go w aplikacji mobilnej.

„nasłuch przeglądarki”, „komponent webowy” ? Czy to manual dla programisty czy użytkownika? Hestia jak zwykle wprowadza coś, co nawet obok wersji „beta” nie leżało, a już pozycjonują to wśród agentów jako potężne narzędzie, system, produkt, pionierskie rozwiązanie. Najpierw proponuje rozwiązać problemy z pierwotna ścieżka rozliczania polis (brak kodu, kod nieczytelny, polisa zawiera inny kod), później tworzyć aplikacje ułatwiające DOBRZE działające rozwiązania. Aplikacja w porównaniu do innych na rynku (pozostałe Towarzystwa), conajmniej „mierna”.
