(Scammers arsenal) *2024-11-21* This is a top app used by scammers. Particularly the refund scammers out there. They’ll tell you to down load this so you can show them exactly what happened. Then they begin getting your hopes up asking for payment then more money is gone …again. Unless you know the person, work with the person, or are using it strictly for work productivity then you don’t need it. And if someone says you do (they’re scamming you). **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. This is good advice, Zanthus Prime. We are a professional and legitimate business providing our clients with remote software. We're guessing someone was trying to gain access to your phone using our app? We hope you were not exploited. ### 1/5 — Basically unusable *2024-04-30, version 4.4.2147.9* Virtually unusable in every regard, doesn’t do multiple sessions, too many issues with sessions expiring or self deleting after pausing, don’t even get me started on the PC version. DO NOT USE!! ### 1/5 — What’s the point of a mobile app if half the features don’t work? *2020-07-20, version 4.4.2006.23* I installed the mobile app so I could remote into work without having to go to my desktop computer, but the mobile app is so frustrating that it’s nearly worthless. I’m logging in from my iPad, but I can’t use my bluetooth keyboard to type anything because ISL doesn’t recognize the input. So, I have to use the pop-up keyboard, which covers half the screen. Also, there is no way to copy & paste text. Report sent to police ### 2/5 — Really good, But It's TOO Expensive!!!! *2015-04-09, version 3.1.0* The app is really good.... But after 7 days trial... They force you to pay more than $400 for a single license if you want to keep using it!! That's crazy..... ### 1/5 — Colors are terrible *2014-06-02, version 3.0.1* I downloaded this so I could access photos and videos from my computer, and although it did work smoothly as a Remote Desktop, the colors were all red. ### 4/5 — Nice addition to ISL *2014-02-11, version 3.0.0* This app very nicely allows remote access to machines already attached to my ISL server. Just a shame the WOL does not seem to function at present. ### 2/5 — Didn't work for me *2014-01-28, version 3.0.0* Got as far as an instruction screen which despite pressing Done failed to disappear. I'm sure if you get it to work it's lovely but I didn't and haven't really got time to fiddle around. Seems to involve emails, software, sessions and general to-ing and fro-ing. I'm sure if you're a technical wizard this app will be perfect. But despite the appealing intro video making it look so easy, I'm afraid - for me at least - it isn't.
