House upgrade and island expansion yeah fair enough 3 hour wait and cost a couple billion like that’s cool because it’s a main upgrade or a big upgrade if you prefer? Now, I’m happy to watch a couple here and there to double the money however they literally have ads for everything!!! Double your money in the game, double your money when you come back to the game, booster boxes, skipping island deliveries.. so you’d think they’d offer a skip ads price? They offer a “vip package” which doubles your money and skips ads for a price per week but includes a 3 day trial. Don’t bother with this. I complained as it doesn’t work and the “ads” it skips are apparently the ones that pop up so they expect you to pay your own money to continue watching ads. And don’t fall in the trap of purchasing a gem package to skips the ads either, that also doesn’t mean all the ads they make you watch. I deleted the game when I realised it was bad marketing for the ads situation. It was AMERICAN DREAM for years. I love it. So many things to do. But I’m disappointed. I’ve upgraded all my buildings on my island and have nothing to spend my gold bars on. No more tasks to do. I was stunned when I went to see what my tasks were and it was empty. My heart sank. The developer said it sounds like I am nearing the end of the game. IT ENDS? I’m crushed. Hopefully, they will think of something else we can do so the game keeps going. I play one other game a hidden object. It’s 11 turns. I mainly do three word puzzles to keep my mind sharp and these are nice breaks. I love collecting diamonds and gold. I can’t spend real money I make less than $800 a month. I turn 68 soon. But once a week when I get 50 diamonds as my free gift, I love it. I HAVE AN IDEA! Turn the buildings into high rises. We can build new floors on them. I’m tempted to delete it reinstall and start all over but I think I’ll wait and see if they find a way to keep it going. I’ve played it for years. SUPERB GAME!
