They aren’t paying attention to the screenshots I have been putting in. We need iud 55969 removed from our tribe because they no longer are able to get into this account. They keep saying have your leader remove that account but if they paid attention to the screenshots I have sent multiple times they would see we do t have the option to kick this account out ourselves. This is very annoying cause we have been very patient so far but patience isn’t going to last much longer. Please look at the screenshots I have posted to them repeatedly and kick this account out for us. We can’t appoint a new vice until this account is kicked out. I have constantly asked in settings in the game to fix a problem. I have sent 2 screenshots for this issue but all I get is lip service. I like the game but nothing gets fixed and there are plenty of issues with this game. Please go to your assistant in settings see my issue and fix it. Constant adds that you can’t close which forces you to close and reopen app, opens buying options constantly to the point you click more closing the purchase options than playing. I had bought two “friend passes“ and both times I did not receive items from the purchased pass (universal shards). The first time they rectified it and gave me spins to make up for the glitch in their system, but the second time they did not give me the spins or the gems that I had earned if I had gotten the missing universal pieces. Instead, they told me I had to wait till the next friend pass and they would grant me the universal shards. this is not a good way to do business. They did not wait to take my money, but I have to wait to get prizes that I already paid for. I explained this to their customer service that this is not right I shouldn’t have to wait but at the time of writing this review, I have yet to receive what is owed to me. This is the most ridiculous gaming company l have ever seen! If you don’t get the rewards you win, it takes days to weeks for them to return them if they return them at all. They NEVER listen to us players always telling us we are wrong when we are not wrong. This game and the game spin a spell used to be so much fun but not anymore. They have taken away completely the spins you can win in the game and if not taken away, they have been lowered. Example, when you finish all your card sets you get 50,000 spins but when you finish 3 you would win bonus spins. After the first 3 card sets you would get 6,000 spins, after the next 3 sets you would win 12,000, the next, 18,000 and so on. But now they have completely removed them all a ploy to get us to spend money. But doing things like this makes me NOT want to spend money. If you want a great coin game Island King or Spin A Spell are not it.
