Unable to scan Qr codes to claim rewards or collect stamps. Sometimes jusf shows up with dark screen ### 1/5 — Now broken *2025-07-22, version 5.8.0* Most recent app update has broken the workflow and it’s now not usable. When selecting any bowl, it now does not give you the workflow to select options etc, and as such you can’t actually order. ### 1/5 — Stupid *2024-09-03, version 5.4.4* Requires an Internet connection to collect reward points which is just about the stupidest architecture any software person could ever come up with for an app that collects points and rewards in indoor spaces. Its £1 extra to use this app over what you would pay in the store. What gives? Can you get your staff to actually look at the orders from app please?
