Love it. ### 5/5 — Wonderful Staff *2024-09-27, version 25* I recently went to the Redondo Beach location to celebrate my birthday with four of my friends We are all seniors and needed to be relatively close to the restrooms Unfortunately that section was closed I explained my concern and they opened a table in that section The waitress Rachel told us she would happily take care of us but it may take a few minutes as her section in the main restaurant was full We were so happy to be where we were that we gladly waited until she could get us She was wonderful and made my birthday wonderful River who was also there was great in providing us with drinks and making sure everything went beautifully In today’s hectic world it was wonderful to be treated like royalty Our compliments to both Rachel and River Great experience ### 5/5 — EXCELLENT *2024-09-24, version 25* We came with a group and everyone had a great meal. When I do it I get an error that my email is taken. Yes that’s the point, you’re asking me to migrate the account. Just very poorly written. Why make your customers jump through hoops to spend their money at your restaurant? Call the restaurant directly and told him I tried to use the app, but it didn’t work and the response was that she hears it from a lot of people and they should just toss it out.not a very convenient way of running an app to use for convenience. ### 1/5 — Horrible services *2023-09-18, version 22.2.0* Visited the Fullerton Islands and was beyond disappointed with the service. We sat at a table in the bar were completely ignored. Ordered an appetizer and our diner came out before the appetizer and then the appetizer never showed up. Couldn’t get anyone to refill our drinks. After our meal we placed a take out order and that was brought out quickly but then we couldn’t get our check to close out. And this has happen more then once so it flat out lies about how much rewards you earn?? Doesn’t seem fair I’m prob not even gonna bother like who cares if I spend 500$ to earn 10$ worth of rewards?
