Even when I’ve awoken with insomnia and have only a few hours before time to get up..this relaxes me and helps me drift off. I started using this App when I was working graveyard shift and had to sleep during the day. It quickly replaced all the sleep meds I had purchased..which still collect dust. Best App I have. I’ve tried music, sleep stories and a lot more. Last night I finally downloaded this app after trying many others and I fell asleep in maybe 15 to 20 minutes. After not being able to sleep until 1:00 am this was a huge relief. I’m writing this review the morning after I got this app. I definitely would recommend this app to anyone and everyone who can’t sleep. One of the meditations really helped me because I realized that I was also stressing about falling asleep and it helped calm me down. I also love that you don’t have to buy “premium” to fall asleep quickly. Thank you to the developers for making this app! Pressing play button does nothing. I tried deleting and reinstalling but this has not fixed the issue. ### 1/5 — APP TERRIBLE *2021-08-06, version 1.6* while the music is relaxing i selected it to play for 2 hours and it would only play for maybe 5 mins. It used to be part way down the screen and now it’s all the way at the top underneath the black section of my screen. Please can this be sorted.
