Please read this before downloading this app, this app is not free at all. You have to get pro in order to see any sleep reports at all. Do not download this app, it is a scam.

the intention of the app is lost behind a terrible UI design, with way too many overlays of illustrations, poor legibility of typography (like white on pink or other pale colors), and overall way too busy for a peaceful experience.

the UX is no better, with with many duplications (two sleep buttons on the same page), click on an option from a busy page to get to anther busy one, and while i was trying to use the sleep function (which was the selling point for me) i cannot find the result – inherently making this not user-friendly. when i click on results, it gives me fake data, and at the very button in small hard to read type (i mentioned too many overlays) it says it’s a demo! then if you click “track” it brings you back to the sleep function — but i just woke up! and what’s more, when using the sleep function, the default is music without timer, which means half way through the night i woke up and the music was still going (might even be what woke me up). the default should be a more reasonable option. (to change that you have to go into your personal settings).

overall, 24-hrs is all i’ll give this app. it’s intention is good, but there are terrible designers out there, and i’m afraid this one was victim to one. i will not lose another night’ sleep trying to navigate it.

Way too many ads but I mean I think that’s because I don’t have the premium but other than the ads it’s great as I’ve been having great sleep and I have been a lot less stressed during the day.
