## What is IslePal?

Adopt a tiny pixel pet and let it live in your Dynamic Island and on your Lock Screen.

It is not just standing there: feeding earns XP, leveling up evolves it into new forms, and when you plug in your charger it curls up, falls asleep and quietly recovers energy. It gets sulky when hungry and happy when full — a little digital creature that genuinely needs you (but never stresses you out).

- Dynamic Island + Lock Screen Live Activity: glance at its stats, expand to feed it right there — no need to open the app (Dynamic Island requires iPhone 14 Pro or later; on other models the same Live Activity appears as a Lock Screen card)
- Real care loop: hunger and energy change with real time, feeding earns XP, 15 levels and 3 evolution stages
- Charging companion: plugs in, falls asleep and recovers energy; unplugs, stretches and wakes up. With a one-time Shortcuts automation it works even when the app is closed
