The app worked briefly, and now after the update doesn’t connect to my iPhone 8 or my Samsung note 8. Very disappointing.

Received it and downloaded the app-which wasn’t very clear and came with no instructions. Was able to connect it via Bluetooth and downloaded a new update-hasn’t been able to connect to the hat since update.  Tried many times, recharging the battery etc...
Please help?? Support??

My issue is I cannot get my iPhone to find the device. Keep getting "not connected" pending connection device DM1248-86C6.

The app worked great the first few days and then the problem stated. It connects and disconnects constantly and I cannot change the display to the others I have created. I can’t even upgrade the software via the app.  I have attempted to remove app and reinstall it and that didn’t fix the issue. I also tried on a different iPhone and still did not work. Can you help?
