La VECCHIA APP permetteva di vedere la registrazione dal sensore movimento) qualche secondo prima, che era MOLTO utile a vedere nei 15 secondi registrati CHI fosse passato davanti alla cam!! Nella NUOVA APP... la registrazione fa vedere addirittura qualche secondo dopo!!!!!! PRATICAMENTE INUTILE!! Devi abbonarti per vedere i secondi prima. SOLDI DELLE CAM BUTTATI!!! Spendete qualcosa di più e compratevi TELECAMERE serie!!! ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2021-03-21, version 2.0* Now I don’t know even how to arm/disarm the alarm via app. My wife’s account is not able to see the cube one and I don’t know also how to share it with her. I was very happy with the alarm all the last years and now I feel that I throw my money. Nicht auf deutsch zu bekommen, nach der letzten App-Änderung, ist dieses unbrauchbar geworden. Schade, vielleicht nicht für den Europäischen Markt geeignet. Ich werde versuchen, das unbrauchbare System zu verkaufen und schaffe mir etwas neues an, was den Anforderungen entspricht. Kosten ja auch beide noch nichts. Wenn es mal eine brauchbare und verlässliche App werden wuerde um den ganzen Ismart Sensorschrott gut zu verwalten, waere ich auch bereit Geld dafuer zu bezahlen. Malgré de nombreuses réclamations et ticket crée, pas de réponse et pas de maj.... on peut tous jeter notre système et en acheter un autre... HONTEUX !!!!!!!! Comme indiqué dans le titre, alarme inutilisable avec la dernière maj !!! Impossible de reconnecter les différents modules au cubes..... donc pas de protection de mon domicile.... App Randomly Disables both Camera and System *2022-06-14* I wanted to like this service because it is very cheap. The app works okay when you first install it. The problem is that the developer pushes updates at random times and you have to be on your home Wifi network to fix your hardware. If you work outside the home or travel, this is not safe. I constantly receive messages saying “install new firmware” that disable the door alarms and camera. I have to go home to fix the system. You cannot cancel or delay the update. Fortunately I do not travel a lot or I would never gave a working alarm system. ### 1/5 — New app notifications stopped *2022-05-25* Had the old app which is working fine, got a message when opening the old app to download this new app. Once i did that i didn’t realize right away however all notifications stopped. I figured it was the new app because my wife still had the old app and was still getting notifications for doors opening and closing. So i downloaded the old app again now notifications are working. Yes within settings notifications was enabled for this app (newer one). ### 1/5 — Attention : FRAUDE *2021-12-29* Oubliez les centaines d’euros investis dans les multiples capteurs (vente de ces derniers lourdement proposée par l’ancienne société), depuis le rachat de la marque et cette nouvelle App, PLUS RIEN ne fonctionne, excepté les caméras, et-ce, uniquement si vous re-passez à la caisse avec une obligation de forfait ! SAV muet, hormis pour vous proposer leur « cloud », aucun dédommagement ou effort, bref, vous voilà désormais en possession d’une App qui ne vous permet plus désormais que de visualiser (quand cela fonctionne…) du live si vous avez des caméras. TOUS les autres accessoires ne sont plus pris en charge et bien que reconnus, RIEN n’est désormais plus fonctionnel. PASSEZ VOTRE CHEMIN, vente forcée, obsolescence programmée, SAV inexistant, bref, tout le tableau de la parfaite escroquerie est dressé ! ### 1/5 — Useless *2021-11-02, version 2.0* This is by far the worst camera I have used, goes down all the time and no luck to get it to work again, shows device off all the time. ### 1/5 — FRAUD!!! You cannot connect any new peripherals to the application that were not connected in the original version. They are considering a lawsuit against developers… V žádném případě neplaťte žádnou variantu poplatků a licencí, je to velký podvod !!! K aplikaci nemůžete připojit žádná nová periferie, která nebyla připojena v původní verzi. So happy with this new app! *2020-05-21, version 1.4* This app was a huge update with several added new features ! And once you learn how to use it , it’s hands down the best camera system for the buck. At first I didn’t know what the difference was and why I should pay for the subscriptions but once I spoke with Albert Hernandez on the phone , he walked me through the entire app and sure enough, there was a lot that the app offered that I wasn’t aware of and that’s because the lack of instructions. I’m cancelling my Arlo because they charge an arm and leg . I wish they had cameras for sale , but he told me there’s more surprises to come! I was literally about to throw my iSmartAlarm camera away and move on , but ISmartAlarms tech came through with his amazon step by step walk through of the new app. I see people complaining that it’s only compatible with two cameras but come on ! It’s a new app , CALM DOWN PEOPLE!!!!Plus what other cameras are you trying to add that you’re so butt hurt about ? The keep ? They don’t even sell those anymore and plus you don’t even know what’s to come for the feature. Once he explained the difference between a $1,000 nvr system and a $80 camera, I realized I had no room to complain. People always complain because they want a Ferrari performance but only willing to pay the cost of Honda. I bet half the people who left these reviews don’t even know how to use the app properly , and are still butt hurt over the issues they had with the old app. Well, now you have an app that fixed everything , but you still complain? Ungrateful!!! I’m so happy with this app , the technician and the company! ### 5/5 — What a difference ! *2020-05-20* I’ve always wondered if iSmartAlarm was ever going to start offering more cloud recording options, and boy did they nail the head with a hammer with this new app . Here’s what I loved about the new app : 1. Playback feature - finally a way to view an entire weeks worth of video ! You can even fast forward or rewind an entire days worth or video on a single page . 2. Time lapse ?? There’s an option to have an entire days worth or video into a two minute clip . 3. Price for cloud ? Can anyone actually complain about a weeks worth of video for less than $10 a month ? Try other products and you won’t find anything cheaper - 4. Connection ... now I love iSmartAlarm but the old app was hit or miss whenever I tried to view my cameras, in fact most of the time it would take 10 seconds or more to get a live view . This new app is like 1-2 seconds max ! And reliable each time ! Yes it crashes once , but what app doesn’t ? Unless you’re an engineer or app developer who can design something yourself, I wouldn’t be too picky lol 5. Grouping !!!! Finally I can view all four cameras under one screen ! 6. Scheduling !!! I’ve been waiting and waiting for iSmartAlarm to allow scheduling for my cameras! You can use ifttt for the main system but nothing for the cameras ! I forget to arm and disarm on a daily, which is obviously my issue, but now I can leave it up to the app! Thank you guys so much for this ! Well worth the wait ### 5/5 — The update I’ve wanted with two homes. *2020-05-05* The update I’ve wanted for a while. I have two properties and I had to change homes then close and reopen the app. This new app does away with that. All cameras for both properties in the same place. There wasn’t a home option. So I just created two groups. One for each. So that works for me. Thank you. I’m now creating schedules.
