The updated iSmartAlarm app allows you to arm, monitor, and disarm your iSmartAlarm Home Security System and cameras at any time, from anywhere, in real-time. It supports the following iSmartAlarm products: CubeOne, Contact Sensor, Motion Sensor, Remote Tag, Smart Switch, Satellite Siren, Keypad, iCamera KEEP, Spot, and Spot+.
 
With this new and streamlined app, you have even more control of your smart home security at your fingertips. You will be able to use your cameras in a number of new ways, such as -
- Optional intelligent cloud recording subscription
- New Playback features for stored videos
- Camera grouping availability (split-screen multiple views)
- Events page for organized playback
- Simple and intuitive app design
Cloud Service Subscription Service Description
1. We offer two types of Cloud Service :
Premium Cloud  $4.99/month ($49.99/year)
Platinum Cloud  $9.99/month ($99.99/ year)
*Prices displayed are for one device, the package price depends on the number of devices.
2. Subscribing to Cloud Service will be paid directly through the iTunes account.
3. 24 hours before the subscription service expires, the system will automatically renew and deduct the corresponding fees according to the plan type.
4. If you need to unsubscribe, please do so at least 24 hours before the renewal date in the "Account Settings".

Después de tenerla hace 7 años , he tenido que tirarla , ya no funciona el cube , fue de más a menos , desde que cambiaron la app todo fue un desastre , cámaras no funcionaban, ya no podias añadir ningún dispositivo, dinero tirado , una pena por que era una alarma premium pasó de la gloria a lo obsceno , espero metan en la cárcel al propietario por estafa .

Nach Update der App und der Kamera keine Funktion mehr. Keine Verbindung der App mit der Kamera möglich, nach Kontakt zum Support wurde mir sofort geholfen und ich konnte unter vielen versuchen die Kamera wieder zum Laufen bringen. Ich bedanke mich dafür.

This new updated app doesn’t work. Now I have 3 useless Spot+ cameras I’ve wasted my money on and one day I’ll never get back, doing supports instructions for app not adding cameras. It didn’t fix the app but did leave cameras completely dysfunctional.

Apple ha borrado mi comentario por ser demasiado sincero y directo al decir que esta aplicación es lo que sale por detrás cuando vas al baño. Que los desarrolladores no saben diferenciar un tomate de un script pero dicho de otra manera, así que lo digo con toda la educación que se merecen estos …….. y acogiéndome al derecho de expresión. Menuda (cosa marrón que sale por detrás) de aplicación y de desarrolladores. No funciona, se queda colgada, no deja agregar dispositivos ( tienes que pagar aunque los tengas desde que se compro) soporte inexistente, Apple hay te lo dejo. Si no te gusta pues ya sabes, para ti por donde amargan los pepinos. Y si no pues la borras, lo cual hace pensar que estarás cobrando para que no se diga nada malo de esta ……. Cosa marrón

I understand the issues on taking over this process however the app needs to be more simple for the key requirements of alarming/disarming, it’s hidden and very small buttons don’t help - can we have the old four box back ? My siren hasn’t sounded since the update, shame as the hardware is great 😬
