System und Komponenten werden zwar erkannt, aber nichts geht. Als Alarmanlage nicht zu gebrauchen. Cameras cannot be installed even after the camera says QR code has been scanned successfully and waiting for install. Avoid ### 1/5 — Attention : FRAUDE *2022-07-15* (MAJ 2022) Stricte copie de la version « Pro », simplement rebaptisée pour tenter de contourner les sommations d’Apple… Oubliez les centaines d'euros investis dans les multiples capteurs (vente de ces derniers lourdement proposée par l'ancienne société), depuis le rachat de la marque et cette nouvelle App, PLUS RIEN ne fonctionne, excepté les caméras, et-ce, uniquement si vous re-passez à la caisse avec une obligation de forfait ! SAV muet, hormis pour vous proposer leur « cloud », aucun dédommagement ou effort, bref, vous voilà désormais en possession d'une App qui ne vous permet plus désormais que de visualiser (quand cela fonctionne...) du live si vous avez des caméras. TOUS les autres accessoires ne sont plus pris en charge et bien que reconnus, RIEN n'est désormais plus fonctionnel. PASSEZ VOTRE CHEMIN, vente forcée, obsolescence programmée, SAV inexistant, bref, tout le tableau de la parfaite escroquerie est dressé! ### 1/5 — Una basura *2022-06-29, version 2.2.0* No compréis esto!!! ### 1/5 — I Feel Duped *2022-06-21, version 2.2.0* Cameras don’t work, system doesn’t work, no company support, hundreds of dollars down the drain. I was a fool to believe in this company. ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2022-06-04, version 2.2.0* This app seems to get worse over time. The status to the alarm is usually incorrect and it often reports the alarm in a Dusarmed state when the opposite is true. Accessing the arm and disarm functionality is not intuitive and clunky. The status of the various sensors is wrong. For example, I have a working motion sensor, but it is reported as offline. The degree of customisation has got less over time. The original app wasn’t great but it was a lot better than this rubbish. It just goes into the event log. What good is that? There is no customer service, no number to reach and emails go unanswered. When calling me share who took them over, they deflect all questions and concerns and say that i have to contact ismartalarm. Absolute joke of a company, both ismart and meshare. Yet they want me to subscribe to their cloud service. No clue how to run a business. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work: zero support *2022-05-06, version 2.2.0* App has been buggy for years. Cameras stop working. Unable to update. Can’t add new cameras. Etc etc etc . Customer service doesn’t exist. It takes months to get a reply and when you do they tell you the same things from the FAQ. I paid for an entire year of cloud service and am asking for it to be pro rated as it’s completely useless after this last major update. FYI after this last update I keep receiving an error message that the cameras need to be on the same wifi network as my device. Guess what. I only have one network!!!!!!!! Utter garbage. Stay away! ### 1/5 — They don’t bother to reply *2022-05-05, version 2.2.0* After so many one star negative reviews it would make sense if ismart alarm staff would respond here and show the world they care. Instead, this company survive by selling the product to one time customers. After a new client purchase the camera and realize the app never works, they are likely not to bother with the return process. ismart keep selling devices but the app to make the camera useful is not working. Send to be fixed now though. Why did you do this iSmart tech peeps? ### 1/5 — Por donde amargan los pepinos *2024-01-26, version 2.2.2* Apple ha borrado mi comentario por ser demasiado sincero y directo al decir que esta aplicación es lo que sale por detrás cuando vas al baño. Que los desarrolladores no saben diferenciar un tomate de un script pero dicho de otra manera, así que lo digo con toda la educación que se merecen estos …….. y acogiéndome al derecho de expresión. Menuda (cosa marrón que sale por detrás) de aplicación y de desarrolladores. No funciona, se queda colgada, no deja agregar dispositivos ( tienes que pagar aunque los tengas desde que se compro) soporte inexistente, Apple hay te lo dejo. Si no te gusta pues ya sabes, para ti por donde amargan los pepinos. Y si no pues la borras, lo cual hace pensar que estarás cobrando para que no se diga nada malo de esta ……. It’s simple to install and very easy to use . The only thing this system dose not have that I would like to have is an outside audible siren to alert neighbors that something is wrong and 911 needs to be alerted however it’s not nessasary due to the downloadable app that includes all alerts. Ho solo dispositivi Apple , ho aggiornato L app su iPad e iPhone , ovviamente L interfaccia cambia completamente , diciamo meno intuitiva , però tutti i sensori funzionano perfettamente , così come tutte le telecamere funzionano perfettamente ,ovviamente dopo essersi aggiornate anche loro, ho anche la tastiera e anche questa funziona perfettamente , quando scatta L allarme cambia che prima mi arrivava una email è una telefonata “molto comoda questa cosa” adesso arriva una notifica ..... nessuna email nessuna telefonata .... Ps Per far funzionare correttamente i sensori porte e finestre ho dovuto togliere e reinserire le batterie e così si sono rese tatti e hanno ripreso a funzionare correttamente . Ripeto a me si é aggiornata L app ,ho aggiornato il cubo e telecamere , ho resettato i sensori porte e finestre e tutto funziona come prima , ma con una app meno intuitiva e sicuramente più complicate , diciamo molto acerba Aggiornamento : Diciamo che il tutto anche se più complesso è complicato , funziona , c è un grosso bug E riguarda le telecamere , che praticamente registrano sempre i movimenti , anche se L notifica correttamente arriva solo per la telecamera a cui è stato assegnato di inviare la notifica , mentre tutte le altre pur non mandando notifiche , registrano tutti i movimenti in casa .... mi toccherà staccare la presa elettrica a tutte , ed accenderle solo a bisogno . ### 5/5 — Out of business January 10/2021 *2021-01-25, version 2.1.4* Do not buy this product. iSmartAlarm folded, as of January 10, 2021 secondary company monitoring for a year for free but you’ll pay after that. ### 5/5 — Läuft mit Ios 14.2 problemlos. *2020-11-13, version 2.0.44* Ich finde die App sehr übersichtlich.
