Despite entering the correct credentials the app won’t load. Hasn’t worked in more than a week!!! ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2021-05-23* The app says it’s logging in and just stays stuck on that screen. It’s a great concept. The execution needs a lot of work. I would say don’t even bother with it. ### 1/5 — Can’t reschedule Vendor *2021-04-06* When trying to reschedule a vendor you have to press edit and do a search. Unfortunately the vendor does not display in the search results. So you have to delete the vendor and recreate them. ### 1/5 — Can Not login *2020-12-27* Won’t allow login , using iPhone 12 with ISN version 2.12.1. Also , when it worked before , after adding a visitor when you go back to re invite for a second time , it never updates red color , it always says inactive for that particular guest after the first invite expires. Then the app shows an icon that looks like its reloading, but it get stuck and I had rebooted the app multiple times to try again, but the issue persists. Very disappointed that I’ll need to face this kind of issue when I try to have guests, because of an unreliable app. **Developer response:** Hi We are sorry for your bad experience using our system. The limits of guests are defined by the administrators of your community, you can try to delete guests that you no longer use or contact those responsible for your community to increase the allowed limit ### 1/5 — Disappointing *2020-08-22, version 2.11.52* This app is very disappointing. First you can’t add people from your contacts, you have to manually enter their phone #, really? Second, what is the PIN number? There is no explanation of this. Some people said it was our old gate code for people we can’t send QR code to because we don’t have their cell, but no that doesn’t work and it doesn’t “hold” the PIN number, generates a new one each time you open the setting? Huh? Third, you don’t get a text saying your guest got a code. Would be nice to have a confirmation saying code was sent instead of me texting visitor, did you get it? 5 times, since the first 4 don’t work. Fourth, if guest are permanent, do you still need to “invite” them each time they come? Or can they reuse QR code each time. Just so many questions and this app has no information and is not very user friendly. Our community paid a fortune for this system. When I went to download the app and saw it only had 2 stars, it was clear they did not do their research. Buttons to add lead to nowhere. All I get are blank pages. Useless. ### 1/5 — Won’t allow me to pick the community *2025-03-19* The app is a total junk. It won’t show any search for the community. It is useless. They should fire the developer and find some good developers to make one that actually works ### 1/5 — Awful. Only use because of HOA *2024-11-09* This app is barely works at all. I am surprised Apple allows it in the store with the number of bugs it has. Most of the time you have to add visitors multiple times to make it actually add them. The interface is confusing and clunky. Removing a visitor doesn’t work. It doesn’t detect you are adding a duplicate visitor. The list goes on. My 14 year old son could write a better app. ### 1/5 — App Hardly Ever Works *2024-01-16* Now the app won’t even load. Before the app wouldn’t save the login information or allow me to even login (even after I went to the clubhouse to get password reset because it would t let me in with the password I had been using). I don’t understand the reasoning for this requirement and couldn’t find an explanation online. I’ve reported this to my HOA but thought I’d reach out here. I tried copying and pasting phone numbers from my contacts but the paste was unsuccessful and left erroneous phone numbers. I tried this several times and finally resorted to entering all 1’s just so I could get the person’s correct dates entered. Very frustrating. I also don’t like the new software with respect to how we have to enter the date/date range for each visitor. It’s very cumbersome. Thumbs down for this update. Just wanted to say kudos to the ISN software team for paying attention to my comments above and taking action to correct these issues. After updating to the most recent version of the app, phone numbers are no longer required and the calendar feature for setting dates has returned, making the process much more user friendly. Being forced to enter a phone number when editing dates is a bug, not a new requirement, and we've also confirmed the paste issue. Start screen just keeps showing the loader and nothing happens. ### 2/5 — Widget *2025-02-16, version 2.16.91* My community switches the gate code on a weekly basis. Would be nice if ISN could include an iOS widget with the most current code displayed so I wouldn’t have to open my phone, start the app, get an error, scroll down to clear it, note the number and try to remember it as I write it onto another app. 1st world problems, I know but hopefully they will listen to their customer base and implement this. ### 2/5 — Brain Damage *2024-11-21, version 2.16.13* This app is not quick and easy...especially on your phone.
