Most apps want more of you. More time, more taps, more of your attention sold to whoever's buying. .i.s.o. wants less. It's a small, calm place for photographers, artists, and the people who love their work, built on the "radical" idea that you should be able to look at something beautiful without being exploited for profit. There's no algorithm here deciding what you see. No advertising snuck between the images. No artificial intelligence shaping the feed, writing the captions, or guessing what you'll tap next. Only art, made by people, shown honestly. Inside, things move slowly on purpose. You'll find photographs you'd never have come across otherwise and feeds that hold still instead of chasing your attention. A map that lights up wherever work is being made, gathered into a heatmap rather than a pin, so you can wander without anyone tracking where a photo was taken. Images shown one at a time, given room to breathe, with the lens, shutter speed, and histogram a slide away. Leave a heartbeat for the work you love or keep an inspiration for the few pieces you can't forget. Your profile reads more like a portrait than a form - your gear, your collections, the artists who shaped you. Nothing here is built to be measured against anyone else.
