## What is iSOFitplus?

iSOFitplus is a free, quick anytime anywhere workout and is the perfect app for people with busy schedules that don’t allow for gym time, frequent travelers, or for someone just getting started who needs to set smaller goals. There is no equipment needed to follow along to these simple yet effective exercises. Fans of the app will love the helpful pre-workout demonstrations, the workouts’s customizable timers and most of all - getting fit with iSOfitplus.
