ANYWHERE. A co worker can scan on her iphone 11 & it’ll pop right up and say if the bar code is eligible (ex: used a claritin box that I know is covered & it wouldn’t scan for me, nor accept the UPC code I put in but would automatically scan for her) I have reinstalled the app 2 different times and it still doesn’t work. Do better. ### 1/5 — Terrible for filing claims *2021-03-11, version 7.5.0* Great for checking balances and that’s where it’s usefulness ends. Every time I try to submit a claim it gives me an error and tells me that my date of service needs to be between 1/1/2020 and 12/31/2020. It’s currently March 2021. My date of service is not in 2020. After the most recent update, every time the app is refocused, it loses its state and requires a fresh sign in. Which means it’s impossible to submit a reimbursement if you need to switch to another app (like Numbers, spreadsheet or other document ) to get data. When returning to I solved, you lose all progress in the submission form and get logged out. Clearly they don’t even test this thing before shipping releases. Blank white screen. Resources tab sends you to a broken page. This app is horrendously broken and the company should be sued for fraud. ### 1/5 — Buggy. Slow. Horrible UX *2025-06-19* Title says it all. Every screen requires seconds to load. Even navigating “back” triggers a spinner. Very low quality. So many bugs. Your limited FSA (which is limited exclusively to dental and vision NOT medical) is named “medical”. The company seems to think this is normal and acceptable. You cannot change this. You can schedule reimbursements. But the app provides no way to VIEW scheduled reimbursements. Basically junk. Seems like they don’t even have a designer involved. Or nobody listens to them. ### 1/5 — Health insurance app that is detrimental to your health? *2024-06-24* Reviews listed were 1-3 years old. After 30 minutes on hold with the customer service line, I thought I had nothing to lose. And I did, indeed gain. I gained mounting frustration, points on my blood pressure readings, and a sense of incredulity that any business could operate with this degree of inefficiency - if not contempt - for their customer. ### 1/5 — Lacks functionally *2024-03-26, version 17.0.0* Essentially useless for anything but a balance. I use this app to manage my FSA funds and have had 0 issues. I can always see my current balance, the receipt organizer makes it so easy to keep all my receipts in one place, and the process to submit claims is quick and efficient.
