ISOTIQUES™ is a daily lifestyle practice designed to deliver your body a safe, holistic, and comprehensive full-body regime centered on the beauty and sultry power of control and release. Created in 2017 by Erika Baker (Founder and CEO of bay wreath co.™) in her corporate ISOTIQUES™ studio located inside bay wreath co. know as “the principal house of body, lifestyle, and wellness” in La Jolla, CA.ISOTIQUES™ is shared nationwide for all walks of life; from private clients to celebrities and mindful fitness professionals she certifies and now to you via her virtual platform. Her method teaches classic isometric techniques that have long been forgotten or undiscovered to the maximum; inspired by the Lotte Berk Method of the 1960s, elements of modern and classical dance, physical therapy, intuitive movements, and form-focused, full-body choreography that stems from the sheer activation of isometric techniques and a fully ignited core. 

The ISOTIQUES™ method allows you to build a personal regime by listening to your body and applying energy and strength you otherwise would have never known you had. You will experience and activate true and deep isometric power in all practice areas within our method offerings. With customization at our core, you will experience modifiable beginner to advanced offerings with an intensity level that is 100% in your control.
