## Most critical reviews (7 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Glitchy

*2022-09-21, version 10.33.0*

Makes you sign in multiple times before it can be used

### 2/5 — Updates

*2022-06-11, version 10.25.0*

This app needs some serious updates. I have not been able to successfully login to it for over two months because it keeps asking me to login over and over again despite having the correct login information. It just pulls up a new login screen for me to do it all over again or it goes completely blank. Before it did this it worked perfectly but now idk what’s wrong with it. Someone needs to fix it.

### 2/5 — Horrible user interface … just log in your web browser

*2022-01-28, version 10.25.0*

All this app does is take you to the website.

I get a better experience by just logging in on my web browser.

It continually ask for verification through the phone call. And 10 out of 10 times it doesn’t cycle through to let me into my account.

Please fix this because it’s frustrating

### 2/5 — Call verify multiple times

*2022-01-19, version 10.25.0*

I hate how I have to do the call verification multiple times.

### 3/5 — Please Fix SOAR and Canvas, include SOARHR also

*2023-02-07, version 10.33.0*

SOAR and CANVAS ask for login information every time even if I logged into the app

### 5/5 — Email

*2021-10-25, version 10.21.0*

When I click on an email to open nothing comes up but a blank screen.

### 5/5 — ISouthernMS

*2021-10-11, version 10.21.0*

This is an amazing app! I am able to make a clinic appointment, see when the big starts, and check my grades in Canvas. Love it!
