■AS speed
While watching the chart in real-time, you have the possiblity to pass AS streaming orders on both the vertical and horizontal screens. Making it possible to pass orders without missing any opportunity.

■Chart
By displaying 4 charts simultaneously, you can compare price movements and grasp market trends. By parameting the settings of technical indicators you can display high-performance charts on par with PC-like quality charts.
Within the 12 types of technical indicators - 6 for trend indicators and 6 for oscillators - up to 2 of each category (for a total of 4)  can be displayed simultaneously.

■Market
As well as rates, we provide the market information necessary for trading through the stream of 3 news companies (Thomson Reuters · Fisco · Global Info).

■Mypage
By mixing rates, charts, news, trading panels, video content, users can customize and save the layout to their like.

■Demo Trade
Experience demo trading for free! In addition, you can switch to real trading by keeping your favorite setting from the demo account.

このアプリはレートが必ず滑ります。表示と実際のエントリーポイント、決済ポイントが悪い方に数pips動きます。滑った挙句スリッページを超えてエントリー、決済できないこともよくあります。意図的ではないにせよこのアプリでまともなトレードができるとは思えません。二段階認証もウザすぎでやる気を無くします。セキュリティ不安も伴います。他社に乗り換えてストレスが随分減りました。 FXはメンタルがかなり重要ですからそれだけで他社乗り換えの十分な理由です。FXやるならFXに特化した会社をおすすめします。

ここのシステム、セキュリティの悪評はいろいろと聞いていたがまさかここまでとは。先週からスマホでログインできない症状が出て、お知らせなど調べたが何も出てなくスマホ内アプリのバグ等あったのかと思い一度アンインストール。その後再インストールし、設定などすべて初期化になったがとりあえず使えていた。本日またログインできなくなった。お知らせもなにもなし。カスタマーに電話すると当然の如く１時間以上待ち。やっと繋がり相談すると不具合の症状はすでに先週から認識していた。先ほど対応完了したため再度ログインしてくださいで終わり。確かにログインは出来たが、どんな些細な不具合でもお知らせするもんじゃないのか？なぜお知らせを出さなかったのか確認すると、発表する、しないの基準がないとのこと。多額、少額に関わらずお金が絡んでんだぞ？幸いなことにノーポジの状態だったがさすがにずさんすぎないか？ちょっと信用できない。というか、これはさすがに危険レベルだろ。こんなとこには証拠金など預けておけない。今使ってる人、これから使う人、今一度考えたほうがよいのでは？

最新バージョンにアップデートしたらログイン後にログアウトされてまたログインを永遠に繰り返すようになった。タブの経済カレンダーを開こうとすると発生する現象です。改善願います。土日はコールセンター休みなのですね。

朝9時は1.3、1.4、1.5が当たり前です。
コアタイムは0.2と表時がありますが、コアタイムの9時から約1時間はほとんど1.3です。
値動きが激しい時間帯は朝も夜も含めて1.3からひどい時は5までいきます。
他のFXのチャートで取引きしている友人に聞けばあり得ないと言われました。
とにかくスプレッドが高いので
短期トレーダーの方は向いてないのと、絶対利益でそうなときは取引きが集中するせいかスプレッドが高くなるので入れないし、利確するとスプレッドが高いため利益が少なくなります！
楽天FXは、なんで口コミがいいかわかりません。

全決済のボタンが反応しないケースがある。そのアプリ側の不手際によって利益が10万から9万に減った。
スワッピング目的でfxをやっている方は決して利用してはいけないアプリ。

古い有効注文があるとき？に「注文照会の有効注文のみ」にチェックが入ってないと何も表示されず、チェックを入れると有効注文が出てくる。証拠金が多く建玉しかないと思い損切りすることになった。資金管理ができず大きな損失が出たので評価を1にしました。

著名投資家のテスタさんも不正アクセス被害にあい、一般ユーザーも被害者が続出している状況です。テスタさんによれば二段階認証も意味がなかったそうです。その後数日たちますが、無意味といわれている二段階認証以上の明確な対策はアナウンスされていません。

*2025-04-09*

4月8日の午後２２時以降ぐらいからシステムエラーが出で来た。ポジション持っていたが利確したいタイミングでシステムエラーの為利確できず、関税発動で急落し一気に含み損。それでもシステムエラーで損切り出来ず、損切り幅が増加。運営の対応は何もなし。後日電話をしたが、説明書通りお客様の泣き寝入りだそうです。システムエラーが出る前に、決済注文を入れていれば補償対象だったらしいが、誰も1日に2回もシステムエラーがあると思わないよね。サポートにも言ったが、広告の１ページ目に1番大きく、システムエラーが最も多いネット証券会社だと誰にでもわかる様に記載しといて下さいと伝えておきました。何でもかんでも、約款に書いてるからって、もうちょっとお客様に寄り添って頂けないですか？システムエラー出す事はあってはならない事だと思いますよ。お金を預けてますので。やはり、エラーを、出すなら少しは補償する様に動きましょうよ。

楽天FXができるアプリはこれだけ！これ以外のアプリでは対応していません。 
 （2024.1.30 以前にも増して、ドル円のレート配信がストップするようになった。ドル円以外は毎tick更新されても、ドル円だけ数分間変化なし、当然取引もできない。楽天fxができない楽天fx専用アプリに何の意味が？） 
 2025.0409 連日の取引不可能ログイン不可能と報告あり。確認してみると何も表示されない何もできない。これだけ為替変動が激しい日にログインすらできないってことは、損失が拡大し続けるのを見ているしかできない人もいるはず。つらいだろうなぁ。 

 （2023.1222）マイナス点 （1）チャートや分析データを見ながら指値注文ができない→ （2023,0627)少しできるよになったよ！ 開発えらい。 （2）誤発注を誘発するユーザーインターフェイス。このアプリ使って誤発注による損失を出した経験がないユーザーはいないのでは？ （3）各種イベントの指標カレンダーがあるのは助かるが、イベントの時間に結果を見ようとすると表示を枠外に強制アウトする。設計者も開発者もこのアプリを使ってない証拠。 （4）歴史に残るスプレッド拡大、ロングもショートも強制ロスカット事件を起こした（ある程度は補償された） （5）チャートと取引ボタンと損益表示の同期が取れてなく、更新タイミングが異なるためバラバラの値を表示し、判断を迷わせる。 （2023,0829）損益表示をアップデートで増やすのはいいが、同期は当然取れてない。どの表示を信じるかはあなた次第。 （6）勝手に注文をキャンセルするのが仕様 プラスマイナスなし （1）取引に重要なパラメーターがほとんど表示されない謎の横画面モード搭載。日本円をゲームのポイントと思ってる人向け。約定時のエフェクトがかっこいい。 プラス点 （1）FX口座を開けば取引ができる（ただし重要イベント時にサーバーが落ちてログインできなかった、注文が集中する時間帯はレート配信がストップしたり遅延する） （2）日本語に対応してる。 （3）発表された指標の更新に5分以上かかる。のんびりお茶を飲んで落ち着いてから、変動後の市場で取引できるため、騙し上げや下げに引っかからない。

使いやすくて他のアプリと比べて1番気に入ってますが、ASスピードの注文画面で、スリッページと取引数量が自信の設定した数値を保存出来ないのが唯一理解出来ない所です。
チャート画面や他のページ等に移動したりするとデフォルトの数値に戻ってしまっている事が多く、毎回わざわざ設定し直す必要があり急いでいる時はかなりストレスです。

分析等はPCでやりますが、実際の取引ではアプリの方が主な為、修正して頂けないとかなり不便だなぁと感じます。
