Firm name etc.; Rakuten Securities Inc. / Director of Kanto Local Finance Bureau (Financial instruments firms) (No. 195), Commodity futures business supplier、Membership in Associations: Japan Securities Dealers Association, Japan Investment Advisers Association, The Financial Futures Association of Japan, Investment Management Association of Japan ## Key features - Real-time market data and news - Customizable 'My Page' with 30+ parts - One-click 'Express Orders' - Advanced technical charts with 40+ indicators - Stock price and execution alerts - Risk management tools - Apple Watch integration ## Recent user reviews (10 of 22) All indexed reviews: https://appshunter.io/ios/app/ispeed/id389339704/reviews.md ### 1/5 — 改善希望 *2026-08-09* 「iSPEED for iPad」から「iSPEED」へ移行したことで、iPadでの使い勝手が大きく低下したと感じています。 以前の「iSPEED for iPad」は、iPadの大画面を活かした情報量の多さや操作性が非常に良く、株式投資をするうえで重宝していました。 しかし現在、iPadでiSPEEDを利用すると、以前のiPad専用アプリと比べて非常に使いづらく、不便に感じます。 iPadは株価、チャート、板情報、ニュースなどを同時に確認するのに適した端末なので、スマートフォン向けの画面をそのまま使うのではなく、iPadの大画面に最適化されたUIが必要だと思います。 以前の「iSPEED for iPad」の使い勝手がとても良かっただけに、現在の状況は非常に残念です。 ぜひiPad専用レイアウト、もしくは以前の「iSPEED for iPad」と同等以上の機能・操作性を復活させてほしいです。 iPadで本格的に株取引をするユーザーのためにも、改善を強く希望します。 ### 3/5 — ようやく設定できた。 *2026-08-07* 初心者が学べるように 用語の説明を任意で参照できるようにして欲しい。 perとかpbrとか専門用語を理解できるようにしてほしい 2026/05/31 最新バージョンをアップデートしてもまだパスキー作成できない。 iPhonese2 iPad Air4 必須化というけど出来ないのに無理じゃない？ 2026/08/06 相変わらず パスキー作成が中断されました。再度パスキーの作成を行ってください。 というエラーのまま。 あらゆる設定を試してもダメ。 必須化するのやめて。 2026/08/07 パスキー作成が中断されていて、いちどパスワードアプリから楽天証券のログインパスワードを他にメモして削除して、そのまま作成したらいけました。 パスワードアプリにはパスワードだけ欠けた状態で登録されているのでパスワードだけサイドメモする形で完了します。私と同じように困ってる人いたらお試しください ### 1/5 — 仮想キーボードのバックスペースが機能しない *2026-06-02* 御社のプロダクトマネージャーは正気ですか？ 数字を選択した状態で仮想キーボードを使うと、バックスペースで削除すらできない。こんな初歩的で致命的なバグを、リリース前に誰一人気付かなかったのでしょうか。 文字を消すだけの基本動作ですよ？ これすらまともにテストできないなら、いったい何を確認してから世に出しているのですか。ユーザーが少し触ればすぐ分かるレベルの不具合を放置したままリリースするなんて、仕事としてあまりにも雑すぎます。 プロダクトマネージャーも開発チームもQAも、給料をもらっている以上、最低限の責任くらい果たすべきです。こんな品質でユーザーに使わせて平気でいられる神経が理解できません。 正直、御社の品質管理体制には強い失望しかありません。基本機能すらまともに動かせないなら、まずリリース以前に社内でちゃんとテストしてください。 ### 1/5 — 使いにくい！ *2026-05-01* iSPEED for iPadサービス終了　ショックすぎる。iSPEED使いにくい！ iPad miniで株取引をしているユーザーです。 以下改善してほしいです。 ・「iSPEED for iPad」では、「銘柄情報」「チャート」「歩み値/気配値」「お気に入りページ」が1画面で全部確認できたので、とても便利でした。「iSPEED」でも近い画面にしたく、3画面分割を利用して整えるのですが、銘柄を切り替えたり、iPadを縦向きにしたり、スリープしたりすると、せっかく整えた3画面はリセットしてしまいます。これを毎回いちいち整え直すのは時間の無駄になるので、整えた内容を固定にできるように改善してほしいです。 ・保有銘柄のソートも「評価損益額」でソートしたら、それを固定できるように改善してほしいです。毎回いちいちソートしなおす手間を減らしてほしいです。 ・「iSPEED for iPad」では、「マイボード」登録した100銘柄が一画面で見られたので、「iSPEED」でも一画面で見られるようして欲しい。スクロールしないと全部見られないのは不満です。 ・「iSPEED for iPad」では、「マイボード」の銘柄一覧で、銘柄を指で動かして、入れたい箇所に簡単に銘柄の順番が入れ替えできました。「iSPEED」は銘柄の順番入れ替えがリスト形式でやりにくい。「iSPEED for iPad」のように銘柄の順番の入れ替えが簡単にできるようにして欲しいです。 ・「iSPEED for iPad」では、ページ切り替えが選択肢から選べて便利でした。「iSPEED」はお気に入りリストがスライドでしか切り替えられないのが不満です。操作に時間がかかるのは取引の妨げになります。ページ切り替えが選択肢から選べるように改善してほしいです。 ### 1/5 — Web Accessibility *2026-01-10* 🇺🇸 English I am a blind user who relies entirely on screen readers such as VoiceOver. Unfortunately, the iSPEED app from Rakuten Securities is not accessible and cannot be used independently by visually impaired users. When logging in, I receive an email with images that include proper descriptions. However, inside the iSPEED app itself, the same images and buttons have no accessibility labels or titles. VoiceOver only reads them as “button,” without any context. Because of this, it is impossible for me to know what I am selecting, and I cannot log in or use the app safely. This is a serious accessibility issue. Financial services must be accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. The lack of proper web and app accessibility (labels, alternative text, and meaningful button titles) completely prevents blind users from using this app. I strongly urge the developer to improve accessibility support in iSPEED so that visually impaired users can access their own financial information independently and with dignity. ⸻ 🇯🇵 日本語 私は全盲で、VoiceOver などのスクリーンリーダーに完全に依存しているユーザーです。しかし、楽天証券の iSPEED アプリはアクセシビリティが非常に不十分で、視覚障害者が自立して利用することができません。 ログイン時に届くメールでは画像に説明文がありますが、iSPEED アプリ内では同じ画像やボタンにアクセシビリティラベルやタイトルが設定されていません。VoiceOver では「ボタン」としか読み上げられず、内容がまったく分かりません。そのため、安全にログインすることすら不可能です。 これは重大なアクセシビリティ上の問題です。金融サービスは、障害の有無に関わらず、すべての人が利用できるべきです。ラベルや代替テキスト、意味のあるボタン名が欠如している現在の状態では、視覚障害者は iSPEED を利用することができません。 視覚障害者が自分の資産情報に自立して、安心してアクセスできるよう、iSPEED アプリのアクセシビリティ改善を強く求めます。 ### 4/5 — ipadに対応しましたが・・・ *2026-01-09* ipadで板を見ながらチャートを見ながら発注できるようになりましたけど、スマホの画面構成をそのまま流用しているので見づらくて仕方ない。 以下はiPad用での問題点です。改善要望いたします。 ・発注のたびに初期画面に戻ってしまい、連続注文もままならない。画面配置はそのままにしてください。 ・iPad横向きで歩値のみ表示すると時刻、出来高、約定値同士のスペースが広すぎてとても見れない。時刻、出来高、約定値はもっと近づけて表示してください。 　お気に入りリストも無駄に広いスペースがあって見づらい。iphoneの画面構成をそのままiPadで表示できるようにスペースを調整お願いします。 ・武蔵を使うと他のチャートなどの表示が見れなくなる。デイトレ用の武蔵なのにチャートが見れないのは問題です。 ・動作が重すぎます。軽量化お願いします。 これらが改善するとiPadでも最強のツールになるので⭐︎5つけれます。 水平線を描ける描画ツールもそろそろお願いしますね。 ### 1/5 — ログイン追加認証めんどくさい *2025-08-13* セキュリティー強化していただけるのはありがたいですが、追加認証の方法を変えていただきたいです。メールに追加認証コードが送られる方法は入力がめんどくさすぎます。システム上でセキュリティー強化していただけないでしょうか。メールアドレスも、ISPEEDと同じデバイスで利用しているメールアドレスならいいですが、違うデバイスのアドレスだった場合も考慮すべきです。原始的な方法で取り急ぎセキュリティー強化するためにこの方法を使っているだけだと信じていますが、他の証券会社の認証に比べても遅れていると思います。楽天だけ不正アクセスが多発しているのも他に理由があると思いますので、早急に対応してほしいです。 ### 1/5 — Worst update ever! *2025-06-12* 1- Why do i need to get login notification emails every time i open the app? 2- why did you add that security update that sends additional security code via email? It’s even for the same device which is my personal phone. If it was only for a new devices or if it is for devices that i haven’t logged into for a while i would understand it. 3- why is it mandatory? Why not optional? Please remove this trash features, or make it optional. This the worst experience i am getting ever using rakuten products.it is just so frustrating getting meaningless login notifications. ### 5/5 — 究極のセキュリティ *2025-06-12* セキュリティ認証素晴らしいですね 絵合わせを二回もさせて、あげく、ログインが必要ですとログインさせないアプリは究極のセキュリティです。 これなら不正利用もできませんね！ 追記 なんと絵文字による追加認証が再開してから、絵文字メールが今度は3通送られるようになりました！ミスるとログインできなくなるこの仕組みはもう本人も含めて取引させる気がない究極のセキュリティ。リリース前にテストもろくにしないほどセキュリティに自信があるのはすごいです！！ さらに追記 修正されたようです… 絵文字メールが一通になりました ### 1/5 — 2FAは安全ではなく、迷惑です *2025-06-11* アプリケーションは良くありません。最近の2FAの追加は悪く、ウィジェットからアプリに行くと、メールが2回送信されます（1回は無効です）。さらに、2FAは信頼できるデバイスではなく電子メールに依存しているため、安全ではありません（例：TOTPオーセンティケーターアプリ）。ほとんどのユーザーは、複数のデバイス（電話、PC、タブレットなど）で電子メールを設定しており、電子メールをチェックするたびにログインしません（パスワードは保存されます）。したがって、攻撃者がそれらのデバイスのいずれかにアクセスできる場合、ログインできます。一方、TOTPコードは通常、単一のデバイスに結び付けられており、攻撃者が入手するのが困難です。アプリがセキュリティを処理する方法はめちゃくちゃ悪いです。 ## Frequently asked questions about iSPEED ### What is iSPEED's primary function? iSPEED provides real-time stock market data, news, and allows users to place trades.
