I really like the section that spells out the technical, tactical, physical, and life skills at the girls should be working on according to their age/skill level. My daughter does a self evaluation at the start of the season and then the coaches evaluate her as the season progresses and at the end. It’s nice to have a hard copy of coach feedback, as sometimes things get lost in translation when you child tries to regurgitate coach conversations. The locker room feature is nice for the kids to be able to chat, as the parents can view it but not post there, so it’s still able to be monitored for inappropriate content or bullying. I wish this app could be used for all aspects of a team (schedule posts, parent chat, etc), maybe it ca be and our organization only chooses to use it for kid chat and evaluations, as we have 3 different apps for game/practice schedule, parent chat and evaluations. It gets to be a little much.
