## Newest reviews (12 of 101)

### 1/5 — Most recent update ruined this app

*2024-03-14, version 2.1.3*

Since the last major update, this app has been completely unreliable. Does not save notification settings. Sends messages through as critical alerts. Does not push actual calls for service through as critical alerts. Does not show past/closed calls. As of the date of this review, it’s pretty much useless and cannot be relied on for emergency notifications.

### 1/5 — Delete and download time over time

*2024-02-16, version 2.1.2*

Every time I come back to work. I have to fully delete the app then re download it.

### 1/5 — The new update is terrible!

*2024-01-28, version 2.1.1*

I volunteer for a small fire department. We rely heavily on this app to know who’s responding and the call details. Since the update I have sent over 29 emails to iSpy complaining of many issues and asking for help! Our neighboring apartments have also written many letters. All I ever get from them is we’re working on fixing the problem. On a positive note I will say that they did reply to my emails until the last one.

### 1/5 — Hello iSpy Team… is anyone out there?

*2024-01-28, version 2.1.1*

Hasn’t populated a call in weeks. ZERO improvement since their update 5 days ago!

### 1/5 — Needs some work

*2024-01-24, version 2.1.1*

I’m not gonna lie. They really need to work on this whole app. The app updates are making it worse somehow and it looks like a middle school coding class made it. My work isn’t happy with it but they also aren’t changing it.

### 1/5 — Garbage app

*2024-01-20, version 2.1.0*

This app has been worthless since the November 2023 update. If I could give it zero stars I would. If you are an agency looking for an app try “I am responding” we used that before this and it actually worked and had better features than this app ever did. It gave details, allowed you to show you were responding, and notified a loved one through text. This app is just a spinning circle. Absolute waste of time.

### 1/5 — Works like crap

*2024-01-17, version 2.1.0*

Worked fine till the update and now it won’t even load

### 2/5 — Recent Update Ruined the App

*2023-12-26, version 2.0.9*

I’ve never left a review on an app before but one warrants it. The app was fine until it was updated recently. Since then, I can’t load calls (says there’s no active calls even when I am on one), notifications don’t ever come through even when the notifications are on, the app is incredibly slow, trying to launch my native map crashes the app, call history doesn’t work… the list goes on. The app has become completely unusable since the update. Fix it!

### 1/5 — Basically useless after the new update

*2023-12-23, version 2.0.9*

Have the option turned on to see closed calls and can’t see anything then I get no notifications like I used to plus takes forever to load any current calls.

### 2/5 — Wa doing fine until the last month or so

*2023-12-19, version 2.0.9*

This app worked perfectly fine for me and my agency up until the big update a month or so ago, since then it’s been nothing but problems, I get there’s going to be bugs but maybe test it out before releasing it. And just when it started to get better again and be somewhat okay, they do a minor update on it and now when we have a call go out, I don’t get notified or I get notified 5 mins after. Also I open up the app and it doesn’t even show there’s a call for my dept, and I can’t see the active call or the call details it sits there and says 0 calls when I know that’s not true, because I just got alerted and my dept issued pager went off. Please fix this newest bug of not being able to see the call that goes out or the details as we’d prefer to know what we are getting into before we get there. Thank you!

### 1/5 — New update has destroyed this app

*2023-12-12, version 2.0.8*

The new update on the app has made it basically inoperable. It repeatedly kicks you out, crashes, and blocks you from doing basic things. I haven’t been able to view messages or calls on the first try since the new update. What a tragedy, this app used to be great.

### 1/5 — Trash

*2023-12-11, version 2.0.7*

Absolute trash since the update, nothing works, crashes constantly, alerts only work for agency call now.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Impossible to use

*2025-08-11, version 2.2.4*

Downloaded this to use for our fire operations. I’ve tried creating a username, registering an email over and over and it doesn’t work. There’s also no support to assist you with anything.

### 1/5 — Notifications still come through

*2025-02-23, version 2.2.0*

I disable notifications when I am off duty and they still come through. Others I work with log out and log back in. I work for multiple departments and it’s easier to stay logged in. I really wish it was like the old version where you could turn notifications on and off as needed. The new version of the app is very glitchy.

### 1/5 — Not happy

*2025-02-01, version 2.1.9*

This app was in the back end of my phone how do I delete it

### 1/5 — So bad

*2024-12-18*

This app so bad it makes me want to sucker punch my grandma. My mema died a little bit ago so that’s saying a lot.

### 1/5 — Update TERRIBLE

*2024-11-09, version 2.1.8*

This app was once user friendly, easy to navigate, and reliable. Due to the recent update, these terms no longer apply.
•Text size has been blown up x10, which is helpful you are a 90 year old with cataracts but detrimental to everyone else. The entire screen is now completely filled, making you scroll much more than before to view calls/information.
•the map units/map etc interface was completely redesigned to have symbols instead of boxes with their title, making you search harder for them. They are also slower in loading, and all the informational details on calls are all jammed together making it look horribly sloppy.
•The app now has a generally cheap, thrown-together look, and no longer resembles the professional, clean app many first responders have been relying on for years.

This update was horrible executed. The individual(s) responsible should be held accountable for such poor performance. ISpy desperately needs to return to its previous glory.

### 1/5 — Unreliable

*2024-04-21, version 2.1.4*

After the update it is completely unreliable and doesn’t work at all. It glitches and crashes constantly. Will not show active calls or past calls. Our fire department went back to pagers.

### 1/5 — Fix

*2024-04-13, version 2.1.4*

This app needed to be fixed thankfully for a friend that later referred me to spyethos&Gmail:com you can message them I’m a living testimony

### 1/5 — From best in industry to worst

*2024-04-08, version 2.1.4*

iSpyFire used to be the defacto standard in the industry. The app was fast, reliable, easy to use and user friendly. It was updated nearly 6 months ago and has been horrible since. Notifications are spotty, UI buttons don’t work, and the app frequently crashes at the worst times. Some users in my agency can’t see calls for our department, yet at the same time somehow get notified for *every* other call in the county. Some colleagues have managed to not update their app yet, and they are doing everything in their power to ensure it stays that way. Whether the iSpy team wants to admit it or not, this application falls under the umbrella of “safety-critical” software. With that comes the serious responsibility of rigorous bug testing. This app is a commercial product for public safety, bugs of this nature aren’t acceptable. Please fix your app.

### 1/5 — Horrible Since Update

*2024-03-20, version 2.1.3*

PLEASE FIX THIS APP SO IT IS USEFUL AGAIN!
Ispy was a wonderful app until the latest update. It is now ridden with bugs, takes forever to update, and does not appropriately show previous calls. Sometime I get no alert at all. When I select notifications to be off when I leave work, I continue to get notifications. Very annoying.

### 1/5 — Updated app

*2024-03-20, version 2.1.3*

Since the last update this has been terrible. I get a notification then when I open it. I have no information. On my other phone I get no notifications but sometimes I can see the calls when I go to the dashboard rarely and it takes forever to come through when one does come through. This app went down hill from a 5 star rating to less than a 1 because it can not be relied upon anymore.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great App

*2026-06-29, version 2.2.9*

User friendly and easy to navigate. Highly recommend for every department

### 5/5 — I prefer this to Active911

*2025-07-01, version 2.2.4*

Ispy has had some really rough patches throughout its total overhaul, but the team is very active and diligent on getting things fixed and improved. I have since switched to active alert at a different county and now wish we still used ispy. The maps overlay is great, tons of layers, routing is fast and snappy, radio logs, and unit times are very reliable. This is truly a replacement for a CAD and I really miss it.

### 5/5 — Daily user

*2024-08-29, version 2.1.8*

Have been using this app since it’s inception.
ISpy brought our dispatch standard to that of modern society. We use our phones for everything today.
Over the last decade (ish) iSpy has continued to roll out new features and improvements. Some don’t like the changes and occasional issues however I use the opportunity to provide feedback and see their willingness to experiment as a strength. These guys are working hard to get the best tool in our hands.

Thanks for making our jobs easier.

### 5/5 — Reliable

*2024-08-29, version 2.1.8*

Excellent app. Best one out there.

### 5/5 — Best response app I’ve seen and used to date

*2024-06-12*

This app has been so beneficial to our agency and works amazing! The interface is easy to use and work with. The ispy team has been great to work with when anything has been needed.

### 5/5 — Still the best

*2024-04-27, version 2.1.5*

After their major V2 update there was definitely a quick minute of headache. Cy and his team have quickly resolved the major issues and continues to improve the app on a regular basis. Ispy is very open to ideas and making them a reality. Our agency recently tried their Alexa alerting system and it’s a fantastic addition to our organization. Keep up the great work Ispy!

### 5/5 — Spying made absolutely easy

*2023-12-30*

I could agree more that when you see to read good reviews about the best helpful tracking app, it seems pretty obvious that this app is the most accurate and popular tracker to use. This app is really great for specific situations and give you as much time and good service as you need to take over your concerns and valid interests. But, a suspicious partner's infidelity may not reflect on your worth as the person involved, but it can definitely make you feel pretty alone and cheated and that would hurts. Sincerely, I got to catch my cheating husband through the help of Rafael who is a well established private professional investigator. At first I doubted his services but what I felt was impossible became possible, I got access to my husband's phone and daily activities, I don't know how he did it but he's a smart professional investigator because it was as if I had his phone in my palm, omg! I got access to his Instagram messages, Location, WhatsApp, pictures sent and received, Facebook, live Calls, Text messages etc all in one safe swipe. I was immensely happy and glad I got to discover the truth, knowledge and peace of mind is better than self doubt. He is definitely the real deal as I am a witness to this successful outcome. I encourage anyone to contact and do not hesitate to reach out to Rafael, the expert via email at >> PremiumSpyGlobal@ Gmail com for a satisfactory spying and tracking services.

### 5/5 — Spying made totally easy

*2023-12-23*

I actually downloaded this app to help me locate my kids and monitor their activities as well. Quite easy to use; but then I must really appreciate ' Rafael, the private professional forensic I came across from PremiumSpy Global that helped me track my missing son with ease and it was all like a miracle to me. A friend from work recommended him to me and I was skeptical at first but then I needed a quick result so as to get back my son in safe hands, I contacted him on his private gmail at PremiumSpyGlobal @ Gmail com. The expert only requested few informations from me of which I gave and in less than 2hours, my son's location was found and I was surprised on how he did it. I had to thank him well enough for the successful service. He also made me to trust & understood that i could reach out to him on other services like; Phone tracking, Monitor to spy on my partner over infidelity, help retrieve deleted and hidden messages and files, Gaining access to any social media activities anonymously, GPS location tracking and full phone device surveillance as well. To be honest, I'm very thankful for his legit accurate service once again. Reach out to Rafael for any help in getting informations and your findings too. I'm writing this here just so it might benefit anyone who needs the help of a trusted and effective investigator.

### 5/5 — Spying made very easy

*2023-12-01*

It's been 12 years since my husband's infidelity and the Lord has been faithful. I was directed to contact this professional private investigator on his verified mail (PremiumSpyGlobal @ gmail) who helped me spy on his phone and more, I was enable to spy on his phone remotely and I was so mad at him when I caught him and found out so many things hidden. He was appalled when he knew I already found out his unfaithfulness to our marriage. The next morning he came to me and knelt down to apologize for his wrong doing and promise such will never repeat itself. Needless to say, the pain was unbearable, but the Lord carried me and spoke gently to me. The first whisper to me from the Holy Spirit was a question, "do you love him (referring to my husband? Initially I could only answer with a heavy sigh until He asked a third time and I responded, "yes." From that time forward the Lord promised that he would do a new thing (Isaiah 43:18-19). The Lord relocated us to a new state and we struggled through the pain together with the Lord as the three-fold cord that brought healing and newness of life to our relationship. I had to position myself to hear and to obey God's voice and to ignore my flesh that cried out for revenge. Since. It was difficult to shut out the worldly counsel and the other voices. I look back and marvel at His amazing grace and mercy.

### 5/5 — New App is Getting Good!

*2023-11-12, version 2.0.1*

I’m a beta tester and as of today, the app is getting back to its rock solid, old reliable self. I really appreciate how the developer listens to customers and has reacted to bugs immediately. Overall this new version is going to be even better than the old one based on what I’ve seen in 2.0.2.
