## What is Iss mich zuerst?

We all know it: the yogurt quietly goes bad at the back of the fridge, and the pesto kept for far less time than expected once opened. "Iss mich zuerst" (Eat me first) shows you at a glance, every day, what needs to be eaten first — before it ends up in the bin.

ADD ITEMS IN SECONDS
Tap a name, done: the app learns from your own entries how long you typically keep a product and suggests both name and date. "Save & add next" helps when unpacking groceries, and with the Siri shortcut you can add items without even picking up your iPhone.

REALISTIC DATES
Opened products keep for less time than the label promises. One tap on "Opened", pick a use-within period — the app counts from the realistic date.

ONE REMINDER. NOT TEN.
A single bundled notification per day, at the time you choose — and only when something is actually due.

AN HONEST BALANCE
When checking items off you count "Eaten" or "Tossed". The monthly balance shows how much you saved. No points, no streaks, no guilt as a business model.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
Everything is stored exclusively on your iPhone. No servers, no account, no ads, no tracking — the app makes not a single network request.
