## What is Issued & Cleared?

Issued & Cleared turns DA Form 2062 hand-receipt accountability into a fast, professional, offline workflow on your iPhone and iPad.

Create hand receipts; add people, units, end items, line items, serials, and quantities; capture signatures; and clear receipts — then export official-style PDFs and reports for handoff. Scan existing paper forms to create draft records you review before saving. Everything is stored in an encrypted database on your device. No accounts, no tracking, no servers.
