## What is İstanbul Help?

İstanbul Help helps you shop with confidence in Sultanahmet, Istanbul.

Before you buy from a carpet shop, jeweler, or leather store, check what real visitors experienced — not a generic star rating, but an honest trust score built from actual traveler reviews.

WHY İSTANBUL HELP
• Real reviews from real tourists — not Google ratings, but honest feedback on whether people got scammed
• A simple trust score (not stars) — see at a glance whether a shop is trustworthy or risky
• Browse by category — carpets, leather, jewelry, gifts, restaurants, tours, hotels, tea gardens, Turkish baths, tailors, barbers, currency exchange, hookah cafes
• One-tap directions to any shop
• Write your own review after you visit — help the next traveler avoid a bad experience

HOW IT WORKS
1. Sign in with Google
2. Pick a category
3. See real trust scores from other travelers
4. Get directions or read reviews before you buy

İstanbul Help focuses on Sultanahmet, the historic heart of Istanbul where most tourist shopping happens — and unfortunately, where scams are most common. We built this app so you can enjoy the bazaars and shops with peace of mind.

Currently free to use.
