The day morning when I woke up I found 27 notifications from Isthara asking to rate the food that I ate foreday. ### 2/5 — Average stay - Bellandur Bangalore *2022-09-13, version 6.2* Room cleaning is done for name sake. They clean alternate days but you won’t see much difference. Care takers response for any of your concern is too slow or sometimes they won’t even care. You need to keep following up until they listen to you properly. Deposit refund takes 30days, which is unacceptable. That too we have to always follow them. Overall experience is average. Initially they say it will be refunded in 8-15 days which is already absurdly long. But after you leave, the money is not refunded on time. You have to keep on calling them, and then say it takes 30 days for money to get refunded. Really!! 30 days?? About the room and maintenance: Room cleaning is not done regularly. Coffee machine is always faulty.
