The developers need to sort this problem. Other than this the app seems to work ok . ### 1/5 — Useless *2016-06-10, version 1.1.1* Too bad. These are expensive products, so naturally I have them in protective cases. The i-Stick is unusable unless you remove your device from its case (and possibly break the case) in order to plug it in. Happy toddler on a twelve hour trans-Atlantic flight! Haven't tried to do anything else with it, but it has worked perfectly for the purpose I bought it for. ### 5/5 — Firmware update success *2015-10-24, version 1.0.0* Hyperdesk sent me a firmware update as an .exe file. I used a friend’s PC to download the update onto my device and now it’s working like a charm!!! ### 5/5 — istick and ios9 dont get on *2015-10-07, version 1.0.0* Contact the UK suppliers for the istick firmware update. Emails were quick, pertinent and fast resolution. They returned a new istsick within one week and it works fine with istick pro app and ios 9.1 Service was vey personal when I contacted their website--right down to the small little drawstring bag I keep the istick in--returned nicely to me in the new box. I would say 5 stars, if there would have been an easier way to discover how to resolve the issue. I use this every day between my pc and ipad air.
