I wanted to login my account on another phone because my phone is malfunctioning and the app keeps saying wrong password or email not registered. So what if I loss my phone, I will lose my account too?
This is really frustrating, how can it not recognize my email address.

The app has many story’s to read. A few options are for free and many others for purchase. However almost every story that I have begun, has had multiple errors and grammar mistakes. It is very frustrating and makes it difficult for me to read and hold interest. Please fix errors!

When I first downloaded this app, the stories were decent and it was relatively easy to read through a whole novel, either by unlocking chapter with bonuses or watching an ad. Now though, I can never finish anything! I get halfway through a story and then I can no longer use bonuses, I have to use coins that I have to purchase. Let’s say each book averages about 110 chapters. You get through half with the freebies so you have 55 chapters left to read. Each chapter averages about 42 coins, so you are looking to spend a total 2310 coins to finish the story. It is $20 to buy 2300 coins. That is $20 to just finish a book and it still probably won’t be enough. The average paperback is about $15 new and at least then you get a complete story. 

The app used to give free passes after a person checked in for several days in a row. Yet now, it doesn’t offer that service and resets your check-ins after logging in on the app 7 days in a row. What incentive do I have to still use this app? 

The only reason that this app is not getting a one star review is that the caliber of the stories is pretty decent. Will any win a pulitzer or a nebula award? No. But for the most part, they are entertaining serials.

I’ve never been so disappointed with a reading app before. Not because of the app itself per say, but the ethics of the administrators / editors. I literally have it three months to see some kind of assistance with promoting (I do my own typically) but you’d think that bc you sign a contract that stipulates some amount of marketing and promotion from the company that they would adhere to their own terms. Even though I saw little to no featuring or posting, I stuck with it. They’re “help” has two different emails that one answers you but don’t handle author issues. Yet, the one email that handles author issues NEVER answers you. When I finally asked to have my book removed from their site and I want OUT OF MY contract, do you think they responded? If you said no, you’d be right! If you’re an author I would strongly suggest you go elsewhere for your publishing purposes. They failed to deliver on two sections of the contract I signed. If I didn’t follow my side, they’d have no problem with penalizing me. But they don’t want to hear from the author if you call them out on their failures.

I’m not opposed to spending money on books. I’ve even paid up to almost $50 for some books. But this app should be sorting out or refunding for some books. You are charged for duplicate chapters.  And no refund. Next thing you’re paying more to read chapters you’ve already read waste of money.

I am an author and published two books on this app. Once I realized nobody was reading them, I wanted to delete them. The app wouldn’t let me so I tried to go through support and it kept saying I was putting in the wrong email address. So this is a last resort to get my book off of the app. THIS APP DOES NOT OWN THE RIGHTS TO MY BOOK!!!!!!!

I have paid $15 to get enough coins to read 15% of the book! That is OUTRAGEOUS! Do not download this app. You pay wayyyy more to read 10% of the boom when you can just buy a NEW BOOK for $20… And actually read the WHOLE THING. 
Yes, the books are great. But you have to CONSTANTLY pay. 
I wish they would sell you the book/story for one price and done. Not pay for every chapter.

Yes, the stories are generally pretty good, BUT the cost to read them is outrageous. All ‘coins’ are paid for in US dollars and the price is ridiculous. One ‘novel’ cost me over $80au. Given there are spelling and grammatical errors as well, this is absurd. 
App is an absolute rip-off, unless you’re ok spending big, big $$$$ for average, unedited stories.
