It works as advertised and helps me stay organized. But my pro subscription randomly ended and now I can’t renew it. And all the support avenues are dead ends. SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP. It was amazing, and sync’d b/w my iPad mini (class notes), Mac (home), lab PC, and phone. Unfortunately, as of 09/25/2024 the cloud service has been permanently(?) discontinued :( Even though I just paid for another year last month….. ### 3/5 — Sync Bug *2024-10-06, version 2.0.1* I love iStudiez and have been using it for the better part of a year. However, recently there has been a bug with the synch application. My subscription was canceled and when I tried to reactivate my subscription in order to use the sync function, the system says I can’t connect to the server. Suddenly, I keep getting the error “cannot find the cloud sync server” and I can’t log back in and it doesn’t work when I click forgot password. The clouds sync server that linked between devices is no longer available so after uninstalling it on my phone, its essentially gone for good. I have had the same issue as everybody else but I couldn’t bear to leave a bad review in spite of it. It really did help me with my school and staying organized so I’m grateful for the team who created and ran the app for as long as they did! I hope all the folks using the app can find a good replacement at this point since iStudiez doesn’t seem to be actively monitored at this point :( If they ever end up fixing it all, I think I would still be happy to come back!!! I had this app in high school to track my assignments since I was so bad at remembering everything I had to do, and once I started college it helped even more. For those looking for what happened, I saw a Reddit post of someone who had the same issue and it turns out they are finally turning in. The subscriptions aren’t being renewed anymore which means no syncing devices either. I believe we can still use the app for now but I’m not sure how much longer it’ll last. Support of French language is 100%. You have little bugs here and there (once per year). Less than other big names in tech... I've always been able to resolve them. What I wish for next is integration of high school schedule for different countries, regions etc. I use it on Ipad, Iphone, Imac, PC (microsoft).... and it all syncs together. Cross platform is a must.
