Naast de standaard functionaliteit binnen iSynergy, hebben bedrijven die hun buitendienst willen optimaliseren en daarbij Field Service management van Exact gebruiken een nieuwe mogelijkheid om op de weg de benodigde registraties te doen. 



Beknopt beschreven zal de iSynergy Field Service management app de volgende functies ondersteunen die specifiek voor Field Service management zijn ontwikkeld:



Aanmaken en bewerken van workflows voor Field Service orders, daarbij ondersteuning voor het vastleggen van:


• machines (artikelen) 

• serienummers 

• materiaalregels 

• digitale handtekening 

• blok voor aantekeningen 

• vastleggen van foto’s



Het is mogelijk om orderregels aan een Field Service order toe te voegen en deze ook nadien te bekijken. Hiermee wordt het mogelijk het verbruik van artikelen, registratie van uren etc. on-site in te voeren.

iSynergy is geschikt voor de iPad 2, iPad, iPhone 4S, iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPhone 3G en iPod Touch, werkend vanaf versie 4.3 van het iPhone OS.

Basic and really only able to view information ideally needs the ability to process workflow, review documents and view other resources planners. Also might be free but should also mention a license per iPhone cost involved!! Not cheap!!
