I used to use it to watch specific programs that I wanted to see. Now I have to scroll through all the episodes just to find one. Please fix this! ### 2/5 — Sleeps during viewing *2020-01-17, version 3.0.0* The App doesn’t prevent the iOS device from sleeping like other streaming apps do. Thank you to the developers who made that work. I have updated my rating.) I know a lot of work goes into both producing the segments and into making sure apps are working correctly. I have to say though that this latest update actually feels like a big downgrade. The new UI feels dated compared to the previous one, it’s not as snappy getting to the videos and I am running the app on an iPhone 8 Plus. Also, it was really nice to be able to view the Spanish programs in the same place as the English ones for those of us who are bilingual and I don’t see that option in this app anymore. The app does give you a link to go to the Spanish webpage “Escrito Esta” however, if you click on that link you find that the webpage does not really work very well on mobile browsers. It is not optimized for that. It would be great if the previous UI could come back to the app. All that being said, I am grateful and blessed by the content produced by It is Written. The short daily segments and the weekly ones have been a blessing to my life. The update fixed it🙏 This App when it is working is AWESOME!!! Thank God. Our children watch it daily on their own and we also use it for family worship time. And the daily readings have carried me through some very difficult times, the weekly programming without a doubt. If you love The Lord, need a deeper understanding in easy and short readings, this is the best! (They also have full programs.)
