Obviously they didn’t research best practices for selling through an app. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2024-08-16* It would be a great resource… if it worked. I went through the steps of creating an account, then when I tried signing in I received a request failed 401 error. Huge bummer! ### 3/5 — I don’t recommend the paid subscription *2024-04-14, version 2.0.2* I paid for the subscription but found that the app didn’t include the information I expected and was mainly focused on chat forums, particularly given the fairly high monthly subscription price. I was a bit worried at first that I’d wasted my money and was confused by the name/website of the listed app developer, but I contacted Rebecca and she very quickly replied and sorted everything out. It may be that the information improves over time and the subscription becomes more worthwhile. ### 1/5 — Impossible to cancel *2023-10-16, version 2.0.1* Impossible to cancel, no cooling off period and no one replies to emails. Avoid! ### 1/5 — Confusing *2023-10-04* I got so excited when I saw there was an app. I downloaded it. It said I needed to create an account so I did. Then it won’t recognize me. Says I don’t have an account with circle so I need to create one, when I do set us password and everything and try to log in it says I don’t have account… and then when I try to set up again it says an account already exists with my email… which makes sense because I just set one up… they even sent me a confirmation code to my email… but then the very next screen says I don’t exist.
