Beim Hinflug zuerst schon, Bordkarte hat geladen aber danach dann konnte sie nicht angezeigt werden. Merkwürdiges Sache. When I use a link to reset a password it never gets sent (yes I checked the spam folder). The app shows an error. I tried resetting my password through the app but did not receive any email, including in spam or junk. Currently, the only way I can check my ticket is through a web browser. ### 1/5 — Terrible—can’t even log in *2026-03-06* If you cannot log into your account on the app, you need to find the ITA website on a regular internet browser (where you should first confirm you can login at all) and request to reset your password. Reset your password to be exactly 8 characters long and then try to log into the app again. Apparently this is an issue that happens with long passwords. DO NOT attempt to reset the password from the login page the app gives you. The website the app uses to do your login is different from the one ITA uses on a browser. The website from the app rejects your login and also will not send you an email when you request to reset your password. This will count towards your 24 hr password reset limit however. The new is even worse: authentication is clunky and it’s impossible to save the device as trusted. From login to password resets to notifications the app is flawed. It does not help that the company itself also is not the greatest as I’ve used them 6 times and been dosappointed each time. ### 1/5 — Malísima *2026-04-22, version 5.616.0* Imposible hacer el check in online , ni por la página web ni a través de la app porque el trayecto no es directo si no con escala . Ósea que estás obligado a pasar por facturación con el riesgo de no llegar a tiempo si tienes una conexión anterior con otra compañía . Esto comporta que si estás de tránsito , tienes que salir , facturar y volver a pasar por el control de seguridad etc… De risas ! Para crear una cuenta tienes que registrarte en travel id pero tampoco se entiende como hacerlo . The flight sucked. A 1 hour flight turned into a 3 hour pain. Had to take a bus out to the plane. Then we sat there on the tarmac for an hour. The plane was small and the lady in front of my wife leaned her seat back during the delay and squeezed her while we sat and waited. We asked the steward to help but he did nothing and after asking nicely the woman in front of my gave some attitudes. The guy behind my wife was very tall and shoving his knees against her back the whole time. It was also very hot. The crew was kinda rude. There’s probably a better choice than this. It takes a little wrangling to get your booking number linked to your ITA account and I expected that to be automatic once I entered my name and email address.
