## What is iTabata Timer!?

What Is Tabata Training?

Tabata training is a type of high intensity interval training that follows a specific format:
* 20 seconds of a very high intensity exercise (e.g., sprints)
* 10 seconds of rest
* Repeat 8 times for a total of 4 minutes

Our application - iTabata Timer is a universal (both iPhone and iPad) features packed interval timer for people who follow the Tabata training method.

You can set exercise interval, rest interval, repeat times and preparing time with iTabata Timer.
