## What is iTAC School Parent App?

iTAC School Parent application gives parents the power to track their children during their trip from home to school and back. The app provides an easy to use interface for the parents to know when their children will exactly reach school or back home. This also provides them the comfort in knowing that their children are safe and secure.

After facing many location issues at the beginning, the app was working almost fine and now started crashing. Support mail doesn’t care about giving a response or update. Worst app ever.

This app is almost useless. The app will just open but almost 9 out of 10 times it will show that bus is parked somewhere on the way. It will not show the real time position. If at all it (if you are lucky enough) shows the movement of the bus then it takes almost 10 minutes. 

The app only shows the route of the bus from school to the pickup point. Hence it is useless.
