I used this app to place an order of five items. 
When I arrived my order wasn’t even ready. Other people were getting theirs ahead of me who hasn’t placed a phone order. I literally waited 15 minutes even though I placed my order a few hours ahead. 
Don’t get this app. It’s a waste of time. Order by phone or directly from their website.
