It will not translate. It keeps saying there is an error. I'm very annoyed!😖

I purchased the professional version Italian-English; nominally satisfactory. After a short time the app decided to default to French-Italian, frustrating in that the required languages need to be inputted every time and despite informing Hannah Rudak several times nothing is done. Therefore on balance this app could not be reliably recommended.
