Now the old app doesn't work. How do you get in contact with them to let them know? How can I get the charge taken off? It's not possible to turn the sound feature off, which I'm not interested in. However, the latest version has omitted the Imperative for all verbs. Some verbs in the Dictionary are missing all conjugations, eg. "Accedere" Also, the intro for the Italian App has references to Spanish throughout. This app has gone down-hill and needs some thorough attention. ### 2/5 — Good but limited *2015-11-23, version 5.0.14* I have been using the free app and I thought that the limited functions where quite good. I paid £3.99 for the full app hoping for the quiz function to learn Italian verb past participles but their is no extra functionality in the full version. I am very disappointed. full version is not worth getting and there doesn't seem to be a way of contacting them to ask for help. Tú puedes seleccionar la respuesta correcta y te la va a marcar como incorrecta, esto simplemente no sirve para entrenar tus verbos en italiano. Mejor busquen otra aplicación que no tenga estos problemas y te den la respuesta correcta siempre. ### 1/5 — upgrades takes money and doesn't work *2016-10-18, version 5.2.1* Upgrade charges the bank card but then the app can't recognize the upgrade so u don't get to use it. Hopefully I haven't been charged twice... ### 1/5 — First impression - overpriced *2016-03-10, version 5.0.14* I was looking for an app to practice irregular Italian verbs. Upon first opening the app I read the introduction, which only talked about Spanish words. Looks very much like somebody copied and pasted the introduction from the Spanish verbs, which makes me doubt how carefully checked and researched the rest of the app is... When I got to the section with the irregular verbs, I was told I'd have to pay €4.99. This seems a bit overpriced. I might even consider spending that on an app I know is gonna help me learn, but since it is impossible to access the irregular verb section at all (e.g. for a handful of sample verbs), just to see what it looks like and whether the system works for me, I ended up deleting the app... ### 1/5 — Disfunction *2015-12-07, version 5.0.14* There is a bug so bad that it renders the app unusable. The quizzes lack the pronoun "loro", yet the conjugation is presented, so it is impossible to select a right answer since "loro", the correct answer is missing. Further, there is no simple past tense offered!!! This app IS targeted to a particularly small group of people, but for those people it is without a doubt an extremely necessary life saver! Thanks!
