## What is ItalianoCards?

ItalianoCards helps you learn Italian vocabulary from English (or French), a few minutes a day.

THREE BLOCKS EVERY DAY
1. New words: you see the Italian word with its article, plural and an example sentence, and say whether you know it.
2. Review: you start from English and say the word in Italian, out loud (the microphone checks your pronunciation) or in your head.
3. Exercises: build sentences, pick the right word, conjugate verbs in the Italian present tense and passato prossimo.

A PATH TO CLIMB
The A1 words are grouped into 22 stages, one everyday situation at a time (at the café, at the market, at the trattoria…), each with its Italian title. Every stage you complete unlocks the next: from the valley to the A1 summit, with the marmot and the ibex.

WORDS THAT ACTUALLY MATTER
More than 1,800 frequent Italian words, from A1 to B1 (plus a first set of B2 words), ordered by usefulness: you start with the words you will hear most often. Every word and every sentence is read by a natural Italian voice.

SEE YOUR PROGRESS
Each word moves up a step: seen, you recognise it, you can say it, long term. A chart shows how far you have come and where you will be in a few months.

SIMPLE AND RESPECTFUL
• No account, no ads, no subscription
• No data collected: your progress stays on your phone
• Works offline (pronunciation checking uses Apple speech recognition)
• Optional daily reminder
• Export and import your progress
• Interface in English and French
