每次看視頻都要轉一段很長的時間才可以看，看現場直播也一樣，很多時候等到視頻的出現所發生的事情已經過去了，特別想和對方對話時要等差不多一分鐘才出現，對方已經離開了。我用了很多鏡頭視頻出現需要最長的時間就是你們了。

I've been using Aijia security camera for almost 4 months. I must say it's amazing knowing what's happening  outside my front door when I'm away. One of my favorite parts of the camera is no cords or wiring hassles and it's totally wire-free with the rechargeable battery. The 30-day cloud storage feature is also amazing because now I don’t need to worry about losing online packages delivered to my front door since I can easily check the activity outside my front door for the past month.

I did plenty of research before I purchased iTalkBB home security camera. Unlike the other service I’ve learned, this product allows me to get land line service on app called iTalkBB Prime and utilize it on to go with bundle price with less than $20/month plus 2 cameras. I’ve noticed that most home security service selling their devices. Luckily iTalkBB company they are not charge any devices fee for devices but $6.99/month for service. My parents moved here for almost 40yrs now, they liked the fact the home security can be install easily and relocate anywhere you like in/out of house. Two-way audio made communication easier for family visit during holiday seasons and advanced night vision and 30-day Cloud Storage, allows you to view, recordings anywhere for the any specious moment. The most important part: E911 emergence service send first responders straight to your home—not your phone’s location. Absolutely love this product. Highly recommend!

Horrible app, always disconnect the WiFi randomly, the app is completely garbage, my home WiFi signal is very strong, all my other devices have strong strength with the WiFi; this app lacks the ability to connect and run properly. Can’t watch Live videos like 99% of the time. Completely garbage, back office/ technical office; please do better !

The salesperson made false claims and misled consumers. They misled me that they provided a new generation of cameras to replace the old ones. I did not install them after receiving them because my home network was not compatible. They actually charged me double the fee. I found out half a year later and consulted customer service to ask them to return the overcharged amount, but they refused. I said I would not use their services, and they told me that I violated the contract. I did not sign any contract. They just made promotional calls and sent them to my home. This is a scam company.

### 1/5 — Never use Italkbb products and their service again!

The server lag is always around 1-2 mins, and sometimes even not recording after the motion detection. 

And I can’t check the playbacks frequently and the customer service just told me it’s the server problem and nothing they can do. 

I signed 2 year’s contract with them, they told me even you don’t want to continue the service after 2 years, you can still use cameras only in the live mode. They are lying! You can’t use any live mode as what they promised anymore.

Network condition is an important factor that affects the playback response.
For event recording, please check the settings. If all settings are good, you may consider using our second generation camera.
If you only subscribed the monthly services and did not purchase the camera,  we will discontinue the services including live mode if no monthly service fee is paid.  In this case, we recommend that you look at our 2nd generation camera and renew the service subscription if needed.

我经常出差在外，以前常担心出差时家中出现异常情况。现在安装了aijia摄像头，无论我在哪里，无论在哪个城市哪个国家，我都可以在手机app中时时看到家中情况。如果有异常情况发生，还会在手机上发出警告声音提醒我，我还可以一键报警911。真是太适合我这个常年出差的人啦！

The Aijia was easy to set up and install. Download the app, follow the simple instructions, and your camera should be connected with a few minutes. You can share the camera view with anyone who downloads the app, which is great as it makes it very easy. You can also check the camera from anywhere you have wifi or data, this  is best done on the ground with easy access to your phone. Super clear! The daytime video quality is really good, one of the best I have experimented with!
